      INVISION in Salem Virginia has Bad customer service. Took 22 days to get my eyeware. Then both Lisa & Scott had bad additude when speaking to me about the poor quality eyeware My eyeware arrived with a scratch across lense & also had numbers on lense. They ordered another pair & that pair came back exactly the same. As if the eyeware hadn't been replaced at all.
      But now there is also a stiff wire sticking out between the right lense & frame . I spoke to Scott. He tried to turn it around on me & he only seemed to care about defending his staff & poor customer service instead of trying to give me what i had paid for. He told me im just hard to please & they can not please some people. i told Scott id meet him at Salem office & show him the scratch & numbers still on lense in my line of site & now a wire sticking out. But Scott refused saying i was a hard to please customer. I had not even had a chance to wear my eyeware due to irregularities.
      Invision not only lost my family's business but once many of our friends heard about the poor treatment i received . They too stated they will not use invision. I also posted negative review on my FB feed. I want every one to know how poorly i was treated. No customer deserves that kind of treatment. & INVISION IN SALEM VIRGINIA HAS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE , VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES & SCOTT THE OWNER WAS THE WORST OF ALL. NO WONDER THE EMPLOYEES BEHAVE BADLY. THEY FOLLOW THEIR BOSSES BAD EXAMPLE. ONLY REASON FOR ONE STAR IS I HAD TO GIVE A STAR TO LEAVE REVIEW
