5 stars***** is a great **** company. We've been using them for several years for yearly maintenance and installation of new systems. Recently our A/C outdoor fan stopped working during a heat wave. Air 1 was prompt in responding to our request for assistance on a Sunday, and sent out a technician the next day. He was able to diagnose the issue, ordered the necessary parts, and returned as soon as the parts arrived to install them. Great service!!!

5 starsI was totally satisfied with Air 1. I have used them twice and was blessed to get the same technician. I know thats not the norm but was really hoping that I got **** again and I did!!! Very kind, knowledgeable and prompt. I highly recommend them.Air 1 Mechanical System, Inc.

5 starsVery happy with technician, ***, and his younger colleague whose name I dont recall.*** was knowledgeable, polite, respectful and able and willing to answer my questions besides explaining what he was doing and why. He treated his younger colleague respectfully while giving him directions. The younger man was efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly.I have had other work performed by this company before and found its other technicians similarly capable and respectful. I will return to them for any HVAC work I need done for our house in the future.****Air 1 Mechanical System, Inc.

5 starsI requested a scheduled maintenance check on my HVAC system. I found the HVAC Service Technician, Kiyan Heydari courteous and professional. He carefully checked the operating condition of my heating system and ensured it functioned at optimum performance. Kiyan was meticulous about the details on the system as well as making sure there was no mold accumulation in any part of the system. He ensured to check the Water Heater operation as well, as it is directly related to providing the heat to the forced air heating part of the system.
I was very happy with Kiyan's work and would highly recommend his service to anyone needing HVAC services or repair!
