  Today was the third time we've used Air 1 this year. Marc D***** has been our service man each time and he continues to give us excellent service. In the past he has replaced our hose bibs, installed ball valves, installed a garbage disposal, and today he repaired a toilet leak that I wasn't able to fix. Marc always arrives within the time frame given, explains what he will be doing, and answers any questions I have. I'm hoping we won't need any more services for a while, but if/when we do I know I will be contacting Air 1 again.

  This was my second time using Air 1. I bought a new garbage disposal and although I've been able to replace them in the past myself, this time the disposal was just too heavy for me. I called Air 1 and was lucky enough to get service the same day. Marc arrived within the time frame given and was able to install the disposal for me in a little less than an hour. He was very pleasant even though being under the sink had to be much harder for him than it would've been for me! My husband and I are very satisfied with the service we've received from Air 1 and will continue to use them.

  I have been using Air 1 Mechanical for around 9 years. I am very happy with their service and professionalism. Air 1 does my HVAC service my . I have replace replaced water heater, air condition unit and heat pump with them. Their technicians are always clean after any job done . They always take the time to be thorough. I highly recommend Air 1 services to anyone in need of HVAC or Waterheater service. I most of the time work with Marc and Jay. They are very professional and patient.

  I have been using Air 1 Mechanical for about 10 years. I am very happy with their service and professionalism. Air 1 routinely service my HVAC. Their technicians are always meticulous and explain if respective part are suspect or in need of repair. They always take the time to be thorough.   Air 1 Mechanical is always there when I need them. I usually get them twice a year to check my furnace and air conditioning for the upcoming seasons. They are friendly and polite and always explain what they are doing. Highly recommend them every time someone asks.

  Today was our first time using Air 1. I always try to check BBB for ratings before choosing any company to do work for us. The ratings were just what I wanted. I called to make an appointment on Saturday and Marc and his assistant Juan came this morning. We needed to have 2 hose bibs and 2 shut off valves replaced. I knew that the job was going to take some time to complete because of the location of the shut off valves. Marc was very professional and patient. He answered all of my questions and explained what he and Juan would be doing. We are so pleased with the work they did and will definitely be using Air 1 in the future. I highly recommend this company.

  We have always used Air 1 and Jay K****** is our usual technician. HE IS AMAZING! Our thermostat went out on a hot day and it was Sunday afternoon. We called and they had Jay at our home within 2 hours. He fixed it in 15 minutes and we were back in business. Jay always comes with a warm attitude (even on a Sunday!). He is smiling and kind and always explains everything in detail. We appreciate the response of getting someone out to our home on a Sunday with no complaints or begging or waiting until Monday. These are a few reasons we use Air 1.
