    Falcon has done an outstanding job from start to installation. **** diagnosed the problem immediately that made my other system fail, resulting in old system needing to be replaced. The company that I had been with for 15 years didn't even diagnose why my old system failed and they maintained it not properly. Highly recommend Falcon, the installation crew was professional and experts at getting my new Trane dual heating variable speed system installed. I am a new loyal customer to ********************! U wont be disappointed! They are fantastic!
