    The communication of what exactly was to be done in terms of the inspection was not to my satisfaction. On my inspection report he took pictures of my supplies under the sink and said, "limited view due to stored items". I was in the house and all he had to do was ask me to move them. He never said, remove all items under your sinks so I can inspect. He also said, limited view because of a small (NOT LARGE) area rug that a chair sits on top, of which he or I could have moved. Beside the floor is fully carpeted anyway. If he needed to look behind the grocery bags of which nothing was behind them, all he had to do was ask to move the bags. He left the lights on in the garage and other rooms (but they were not on when he went in the rooms and garage). He also left the fireplace on, but it wasn't on in 90-degree weather when he went out to the balcony. He told me to turn on the washer and dryer so he could hear (but he put in the report he did not inspect the dryer vent due to limited access (again, I was in the house and all he had to do was ask me to do whatever was necessary...). The pictures he took, do not show anything preventing him from doing an inspection! He took the panel cover off the circuit box and couldn't put it back but said it was damaged in the report. There is a deficiency in the floor in the guest bathroom, and he didn't put that on the report. He said, I have a large area rug in my bathroom - clearly that is not true (the pictures he took dispute that). He must be talking about the carpet that the developers put down. On another item he said, there was a large area rug and a bed. I had no idea I needed to take the bed down as well. I am not happy at all.

    On April 11th inspector came to do pre-sale inspection. As we are selling our house we wanted to make sure that there are no issues that would stop anybody buying it for the issues that might exist. The inspector was CLUELESS!!! He missed so many IMPORTANT THINGS that we LOST SALE OF $800,000. He stated that:Manufacture date 2014. Life expectancy around 20 years however buyers inspector discovered that heating unit is actually 27 years old and needs to be replaced.
