    I recently hired Next Day Home Inspection and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. While the inspector was friendly and courteous, the overall service fell short of professionalism and thoroughness, particularly given the price of over $550.The inspector did not come equipped with the proper tools to conduct a comprehensive inspection. Critical areas such as the attic, roof, and structural components of the home were not properly assessed or even checked in some cases. These are essential parts of a home inspection and should never be overlooked.I was expecting a detailed and reliable evaluation of the property, but instead left feeling frustrated and uncertain about the actual condition of the home. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

    Very timely service!
    I need an inspector to finish my work within a tight deadline, called lots, either they don't do residential or they charge ridiculous fee.
    Next day rescued me and charged way lower price than those insane competitors. Thanks for saving my move.

    Great service, would definitely recommend, as called in for inspection fairly late and was able to obtain professional service in less then 12 hours. Professional inspector that went through an entire house and identified everything that would be beneficial when you are buying a house.
