    Dimitrios B******* was very knowledgeable and pointed out several of the buildings' defects that I should look more into. His suggestions really made me stop making rash decisions. I'm very glad he pointed out to me what he did and I would recommend him and NextDay Inspect anytime.

    I was recommended to next day inspections from my real estate agent. I’m a first time homebuyer & had questions and concern’s about doing an inspection. I had a deadline date of 7 days but luckily my inspection was set & booked for the next following day.
    It felt sooo good knowing how fast and easy it was to book my inspection appointment.
    The day of my inspection I was notified my inspector was there and it was performed by Petar. I wasn’t present during the inspection but my agent was.
    I was fascinated by every detail he checked and overlooked promptly.
    I received my inspection report 2 days after it was performed. I found it super helpful how Petar took pictures of what passed and what needed to be worked on.
    He included arrows to help me guide my way to the proper location he was talking about. He added pictures of how it should look correctly vs what the house had.
    No house is perfect so I knew some little things had to be found in the home. They weren’t over exaggerated things to fix but I’m glad Petar included everything he saw as a hazard or fail pass.
    The report included a table of contents and a glossary to help both my husband and I guide our way throughout the long report.
    We couldn’t feel more comfortable moving into our new home with our children thanks to next day inspection.
    I highly recommend Next day inspection for any inspection needed.
