    The business was hired to do Photo and Video for our wedding on October 22nd 2023. They arrived the day and everything went smoothly. We received our photos about a month later after the wedding but no video. We have tried to contact them to obtain more info about the video. They said in January that we would have our video by MLK weekend but that passed. They then told us that their mother in law passed away. We are totally understanding of that but have not received any notice or communication since January. We checked other reviews and videos being delivered late seem to be a common problem. Again, we understand there was a family emergency but we have not had any communication for about 6 months. I even tried to only contact them once a month (around the 24th) as to not seem like we were harassing them. I have left emails, voicemails, and I have contacted their messenger bot on their website. According to their website, they have had about 6 contracts after ours but we still can't get a courtesy email telling us the status of our video? We honestly just want our finished video and the raw footage from the wedding. The pictures came out great but it has been about 9 months since our wedding.We have the contract on hand and can present that information if necessary. We are trying everything in our power to resolve this before we have to sadly take any legal actions - either for a refund or to have the job completed. I can also provide dates of phone calls and etc if that's necessary. Thank you very much,**************************

    We have had zero interest in having issues with this company, it shows in our multiple attempts to reach out for a simple update. Many attempts were made to contact the company for a simple update but they only respond to reviews of their services. It was a final resort to post a review. They could have responded 6 months ago that it would take a year to get our video back and we would have been satisfied with the knowledge that they had our agreement on their radar.

    They can feel free to take legal action in regards to our honest review. All we want is what we paid for which is our wedding video. After our review and their response, we told them we would change our review if they sent our video which was also met with silence. All we have been receiving from them is slander and rudeness, just because we were honest publicly. But we were expecting it since this is how they are with everyone who is still waiting for what they paid for. Hopefully the next steps is us receiving our video so we can change our review and edit out the part they are extra sensitive about (which is 100% true), move on and cut all communication. As for my rude wedding party, that is a lie and we have many pictures of ******* having fun at our wedding :) Thanks!

My sister utilized the same wedding services and received all her products (our weddings were a month and a half apart), they delivered her rushed messy video completely late and with the wrong wedding date in the video. They refuse to respond to edit the correct date onto it. I made a final attempt to contact them saying that I was hoping to receive my video soon as well and they have failed to communicate. My wedding was June 17, 2023, and I have emailed them a total of 5 times since then and tried calling numerous times. Online reviews shows they have a history of doing this and I was not aware since they began posting reviews after I had booked them. The email history is also attached. Unfortunately they have held our precious invaluable wedding footage hostage with no response. We have lost hope to get our video back and want to be compensated for the video services so we can move on from all aspects of our wedding.

    Our contracts explicit state no refunds. Under no circumstance will there be a refund. 

    Our contracts explicitly state there will be no action for delays in delivery and no responsibility assumed or otherwise forced upon the photographer/videoagrapher for any such delay, including an act of God. 

    This client signed the contract. 

    I will provide a copy of this contract once I am at my computer.m and attach it herein. 

    This BBB complaint is false and the refund amount requested far exceeds the value of the video portion of the contract. 

    This client has also been communicated with numerous times and provided with explanation on the delay. 

    The video has been done but requires further editing to correct exposure, however; at this point, we will deliver the video as-is.

    This client continues to slander our business name and my wife implying her absence was due to being drunk. She was absent, how in the world would this client know why? We fully plan to take legal action against this client for slander and false accusations since this information has been posted publicly on Yelp and social media platforms and now a complaint on the BBB. We will file all of this information with our attorney.

    This clients entire wedding party was drunk and completely disrespectful to my booked time and services.

    Attached is a screenshot of the company having zero complaints and only fun things to say following the wedding. We had emailed him because we felt bad that there was a misunderstanding about parking fees and we of course compensated for it. My whole wedding party is ready to comment on the companys claims if it ever comes to that. We would prefer to peacefully go the route that pleases both parties. No more slander, an edited review and us receiving our video.

    Still claiming a Muslim woman was drunk with zero facts to support the claim and public statement. You can have 1 million people ready to speak on whatever you wish, the fact is that you publicly made a false statement, repeated it multiple times across multiple platforms even after being told to stop; and it had a negative impact to our business. 

    That is by definition: slander and its illegal. 

    so Im thankful that you brought this to the BBB. Itll help prove my case.

    What am I responding to? *** made two requests to contact me and I responded to the second one yet I am receiving emails saying *** made multiple attempts and continues with the threats of adverse company reflection . 

    We have already established this person is lying profusely and illegally, but we understand the world we live in drags small and large companies through the mud for any reason without ramifications or consequences  

    I encourage you to post this publicly since thats all you keep telling me.
