    I have been ghosted about getting our wedding video. The last communication I had with them was August 4th 2024. Our wedding was in October of 2023. We understand they had a family emergency they had to deal with but we are going to be approaching more than a year and a half without our video. There has been very little communication on when we will get our video.

    It is a shame because the photos came out great but we paid for a video and haven't received it.

    This photographaphy has yet to send a video after multiple attempts of communication. We have been ghosted after reaching out about our finished product. I either want a refund or the images we requested and the video ! I was told to give a review only days after the shoot based on their customer service to make them look good then the nightmare started
