    May 2023, Skyline Concrete Coating LLC. installed a coating polyaspartic system/application. This installation and quality thereafter is covered by the company's 20 year warranty. The coating has yellowed and chipped throughout, which the warranty covers. This issue became apparent in July *********************************** ****** **********, Customer Support Manager of ********************** LLC., on July 24, 2024. I spoke with Ms. ********** and was informed that the quality care team would have to come out and assess the problem. Mr. ****** ***, General Manager of Skyline Concrete Coating, LLC., on September 30, 2024 informed me that the quality control department was temporarily closed for restructuring. However, he stated that he was taking steps to improve the quality of their service to ensure a better customer experience and I would be contacted by September 6, 2024. I was contacted on September 11, 2024 by Ms. ********** and informed that the assessment will take place fall 2024, which was eventually scheduled for October 11, 2024. After the assessment on October 31, 2024, I was contacted and informed that the patio repair would be scheduled for next spring, April 2025. Due to the weather and change in season, I accepted the appointment for April 2025. Unfortunately, when I contacted Skyline Concrete Coating LLC., in April 2025, I was told that the patio repair needed to be rescheduled. I followed up, speaking with Mr. *** on April 23, 2025 and he asked me to send photos of the patio so he could see the color to order the product. I followed up thereafter and haven't received a status update, nor scheduled repair or any type of contact. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up and get my patio coating repaired, no action has been taken to make the necessary repairs. This lack of response and action is unacceptable and constitutes a clear breach of warranty obligation.

    Company stained my Two Garages, interior Room and Carport. They guaranteed a 15 year no fade/yellowing of stain. Where the sun shines on the areas, they turned yellow. The company owner Manual *** came out and said he would fix everything. When they arrived, the installer repaired in cold weather therefore the repair did not work, it actually made it worse. They admitted they made a major mistake and agreed to fix it. Now they have setup 3 dates to do so, first one was cancelled due to weather, 2nd two they never showed up. I've lost wages and now I have to have another company completely re-due my carport and partial garage.
