    Poor customer service when there is a problem. Waited for months to have a crack fixed. Got fixed in May. Not the same color, now Im back to the waiting game for quality control to get back to me.

    I find it very interesting that other review sites have glowing positive reviews and BBB has 2 that much more closely align with my experience with Skyline Concrete Coating. It makes me wonder if the other reviews are phony. I have not concluded my dealing with them, and I will leave a complete review after I have .

    Find a different company. The garage flooring looks nice, but the company did not check moisture levels before applying a product. With the wrong product, the flooring smelled horrible for a year then bubbled and cracked over the winter. After a lot of back and forth, Skyline agreed to remove the flooring and refund us. The refund never came, and the flooring was only partially removed.
    Had another company redo the garage flooring and it was amazing to see the correct work done. No odor, moisture levels checked, and a much better application.
