      I want to thank Roof-ER for the SUPERB job they did coordinating my roof replacement. I must admit, I was skeptical at first, but the project team did an excellent job explaining the process, coordinating with the insurance company, and answering all our questions. Id HIGHLY recommend Roof-ER for any repair needs!

      Roof-Er is highly recommended by me and my husband. They have made the process of replacing our roof, siding and gutters easy and stress-free.       When we purchase our home we knew a new roof would be needed. We came across RoofER at the ********* home show and decided to have them inspect our roof. They sent out **** to inspect our home and after a thorough review he was able to work with our insurance company to cover our roof replacement. We had been thinking about making the jump to solar and this freed up funds for us to replace our roof with solar shingles. We couldn't be happier with the work that ****, **** and Cadell did for us.

      Roof ER was able to work directly with my insurance company to get us a new roof following a hail storm. We only paid the deductible plus upgrades. They were informative and transparent through the entire process. I would recommend them to others in the area looking for someone trustworthy to replace it repair your roof.

      Buyer Beware of their company Tagline below. Integrity Honesty First. And Second. And Third... I fell for it and thought they were different.Do your project research, including cost. Ask questions. Listen to the answers carefully. If you are not 100% comfortable with the response, do not sign anything that will lock you in to working with them.The work was good enough, but the business practices were not up to par ... just please do your research and don't rush to sign without thinking over thoroughly.

      Absolutely disgraceful business. Represented by aggressive door-to-door solicitation while refusing to leave my property until MULTIPLE requests to leave were made. If the quality of the work is reflected by the people who advertise and represent this business I would stay away.
      If they show up at your door, keep it closed. And if they refuse to leave, call the police.
      Additionally, we have a visible "No Soliciting" sign visible on our property. Despite that, a representative of this business, still made numerous attempts to knock and ring the doorbell to sell products and services from "ROOF-ER The Roof Doctors".
      According to Section 31-1-2 of the Code of Virginia. Under prohibited acts: It shall be unlawful for any canvasser, peddler, or solicitor to ring the bell, or knock on the door, or otherwise attempt to gain admittance for the purpose of canvassing, peddling or soliciting at any residence, dwelling or apartment at which a sign bearing the words "No Peddlers or Solicitors" or words of similar import indicating that such persons are not wanted on said premises, is painted, affixed or otherwise exposed to public view.
      If we see any representative of this business on our doorstep again, violating this Code of Virginia Law while we continue to maintain the visible presence of a No Soliciting sign, we will press charges.
