  The FSS team were excellent from the beginning to the end of the project! From the quote when I met with Brian to the installation crew that was comprised of Craig, Danny, Joe, Jyvontae. And Kazvin, they were all very hardworking and polite. As they were doing their work I had questions, and they would stop what they were doing to answer my questions. They were so efficient that they finished the job ahead of schedule.

  The team of Gerber Jacob and Travis from Dry Pro were great. They took time to explain the work plan for each day and took pictures to show the progress of the crawl space encapsulation. They worked continuously through out the day and were careful to clean up the work area each day. They found a problem in my existing heating system duck work which led to a furnace repair that saved me from replacing the system. They were all very knowledgeable and answered my questions easily. I was very pleased with there work and would gladlyrecommend them!

  I contacted FSM, a Groundworks company to give me an estimate on leveling my concrete patio. The nearest field inspector came from 1.5 hours away. He told me that my project wasn't cost effective for them to do the work. I never received a written estimate. If I could leave a 0 rating, I would.

  During the installation of my sump pump, the crew unplugged my freezer and forgot to re-plug it after finishing. I didn't realize this had happened until a few days later when the horrible smell of rotting meat issued from my basement and I opened my freezer to find that all the meat (1/4 cow) had defrosted and rotted.
  I called AFS Groundworks and explained the situation. I spoke with Taylor who expressed they were sorry and this had happened before. He would send a crew out to clean out my freezer and dispose of the rotten meat. This did take place and my freezer was emptied, cleaned, and disinfected. AFS promised to send me a check for the spoiled meat. This was in August 2023, this is now November (still no check).
  After a few days, the smell of rotten meat had not gone away from the freezer. I tried baking soda and then coffee to eliminate the odor but it was still gagging. I called Taylor back and explained the situation. He promised that AFS could reimburse me for the freezer and the meat. I waited 2 weeks, still no check. I called Taylor back. The runaround began. AFS had sent my check to another person in another city. He would personally send my check overnight. Yada, yada, yada.
  Finally, I was told that AFS had sent the check to ******** Financial, but my account was paid off. Now AFS says that ******** has to send me the check. After weeks, no check. Another run around about the check being mailed from GreenSky on October 20. Not true. I finally got in touch with Todd at ******** who still showed the money credited on my account and hadn't been mailed. This is November, run around since August. Why would AFS send my money to ********? Doesn't make sense. They didn't do their due diligence. What was that about? They owed me not ********* Now another party is involved that had no business being involved at all. Another runaround. This has been extremely stressful both emotionally and financially. Very stressful.

  Austin ***** and Morgan ****** were very professional and courteous. They did a great job and cleaned up everything after they were finished. I received a courtesy call letting me know when they would be here, they arrived on time and went over the work done when it was completed.
