      A Mr Taylor ***** was my techician today. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable of the product, was not aggressive in salesmanship and just an all around pleasure to work with. And my 3 dogs liked him also.

      JES came out today and did an evaluation which was extremely thorough and gave us an estimate on the work we need to have performed. Mr. ***** was knowledgeable and very professional, he answered all of our questions in a way that we can easily understand.

      Josh, Eric and Sean were professional and hardworking. I could not have asked for a better crew. They have done a wonderful job. I would recommend JES to anyone looking to have a basement waterproofed.

      We need warranty work performed on the IntelliJack and slab piers plus poly foam, and it has been a month since initial conversations with our Field Inspector. No one has called us back. We have spent over $****** with this company. This is not good customer service, our house needs attention as it is still shifting and moving. Extremely upset with FRS.

If I must add, they are the hardest working crew I’ve ever seen they work together you don’t hear no arguing you don’t hear nothing but work going on thank you guys Mr. ******.       I have had FRS services since I moved into my villa 1.5 years ago. Not only are they experts in their field, but the customer service is outstanding! If I had any questions or when new issues arose, they were right there for me in a timely manner. Emerson ******* recently spent a lot of time and detail figuring out my latest issue with a musty smell. He thoroughly checked my home... inside and out... and meticulously checked my crawl spaces, which FRS had encapsulated last year. ******* was polite, personable, professional, and thorough. And the several gentlemen that worked on my home last year were also top notch! FRS... I commend you for hiring the best employees. Thank you.

      I have been very pleased with the customer service I have received from your company. From the first meeting and discussion of options to the team that arrived for installation. They were very responsive, respectful and got the job done in record time. Everything was explained about what they were doing and at the end, what they had done. They were a great team of men that worked together in getting the job done and done right. I would definitely recommend them and your company to anyone that has a need in leveling and stabilization of their home or building.
