  He came out here and check the house unfortunately my mom house enclosed could not go under the house but he checked inside and did determine it needed work and did give us a more or less estimate

  I found company very concerned with customer satisfaction which was refreshing. John *, Nick *, Fransisco * were polite, professional and hard working . They showed up on time and before starting John went over the process and asked if I had questions or concerns. They all answered any questions I asked along the way and we’re not bothered by my watching. When a problem occurred John immediately south resolution and presented me with my options . When finished we did a walk through and again asked if I was satisfied or had any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this company for their honesty and professionalism.

  Basement waterproofing was done ahead of schedule. Ivan, Chris and Olu were respectful of our property, polite and ensured the clean up was done right. Highly recommend!

  We bought our house in 2020 and the crawl space had been encapsulated by the previous owners, using JES in Richmond, VA. Pretty much the week we moved in, I started to notice a smell of cat urine in the air vents. It took us a little while to realize it was coming from the crawl space. The dehumidifier had stopped working so we called and they did come out and fix/replace the dehumidifier. The smell, however, has not gone away. I have been calling for THREE (3) YEARS asking to have the material replaced. They do send a technician out when I call, but I have been told we need a sump pump (not in a flood zone), we have radon (negative), one even sprayed a TON of bleach on the encapsulation, which masked the smell for a few days, but the house smelled strongly of bleach for that time, but once that smell dissipated, the smell of urine was stronger. I have someone else coming out the end of October and am demanding they replace the liner at no charge. The smell the liner omits is so strong it is unbearable and I am giving a 1 star because NO ONE has been willing to actually address the problem for 3 years. I will update the review if needed at the end of October. This has been such a terrible experience overall.

  Very satisfied with waterproofing completed at my home. Very informative from the initial consultation and estimate to the finished project. I had no clue what to expect with the demolition of the concerned areas. But Antoine, Troy, and Ron wowed me with the very neat, clean, and professional job they did.

  Blake ******* ******* did an awesome job explaining everything they did, making sure I had no questions. Salvaged as many plants as they could, and replanted them to my liking. Awesome group of young men, I was really apprehensive seeing all the dirt and underground footers, but they knew what they were doing and it went off without a hitch. Thank you
