First service call two years after installation. . Technician called ahead, was able to arrive early, simple power reset remedied the inexplicable issue, he performed annual maintenance, and was finished before original time window given. Happy customerPrecision Garage Door

I am pleased beyond words with the quality of materials and workmanship that was provided to me by Chris from Precision Door. He completely replaced all of the operating components for both of my overhead doors. There is now a very great improvement in the smoothness of operation of the system. As an extra bonus, Chris was very pleasant to deal with in terms of communication, offering alternatives, and explaining operational characteristics and advantages of each mechanical replacement alternative.
