Fortunately, this was our first need for door service since moving into our home almost 12 years ago. More fortunate, was the fact that when we needed the service, the folks at Precision were there to take care of the problem. From the first contact with customer service, until the incredibly professional and courteous technician (Jeff) departed, we couldn't have expected a more pleasant experience working with this company! Jeff was quickly able to troubleshoot the issues with the door unit and offer solutions based on a sound, patient explanation of what needed to be accomplished to bring the door back into proper working order. The end result is an operablere door that is now more reliable and materially sound than when it was new. No question whatsoever, when we need assistance with any of our remaining door units, Precision will get the call ! Cris
