    I contacted this company to request services for an electrical issue in my home. When I spoke with the female representative over the phone, she asked me if I am familiar with the company, which I am not. The female went on the say that there was an ***** charge and the phone call ended.

    Today, Friday, November 3, 2023, a service technician came to my home. The technician proceed to request a fee for *****. The technician explain that this fee was just for him showing up at my door and that diagnostic and services charges are added once the ****** fee was assessed.

    This company did not explain the charges associated with their services. I am not paying anyone $***** to ring my doorbell. That is absurd. When I spoke with same representative again at the time, she went on to say that she should have explained the charges for services. They still took my money and I want it back.

    I apologize for the delayed response.  I have been out of town from 11/3/23 and just
    returned to work today, 11/13/23.  On
    10/27/23 we received a phone call from M** ***** explaining he had issues with
    some electrical in his home caused by his siding repairmen.  Our customer service rep clearly stated there
    would be an *** dispatch fee and he agreed.  I tried to attach the recording, but it does not accept mp3 format.  I am
    open to a mediation to discuss this further so we can resolve this
    complaint.  Please let me know how I can forward the recording to you.  Thank you so much for
    considering assisting with this matter.
