  ***** ****** came to our house to fix the air conditioner and he was excellent efficient. He looked through everything. We are very pleased with how kind he was how he explained things, showed us apart that needed to be. Perfection!What wasnt perfect is the customer service! I called to find out if were still getting someone here this morning and I spoke to a woman name *****. I asked her about the appointment She said you dont have an appointment I said, but I called and she said what day did you call on and I had to ask someone else, I did not remember, so she repeated her question very nasty and loud and I said you dont need to be rude. She told me I was being rude. I was talking to her first and I shouldnt be talking to someone else and then she hung up on me. I tried to call back numerous times always sent to an answering service. I waited a bit and thankfully another employee answered. Justice, she quickly pulled my information up on the screen and found out I did have the appointment and someone would be coming to fix it. I am very grateful to her. She helped me and was so kind. Ive never been so insulted!!

Jacob Hudson was able to diagnose and repair my systems issues efficiently, he provided clear communication, and excellent customer service. 10/10 would prefer to have Jacob as my tech for all future HVAC needs.   One Hour Heating and Cooling – Five Stars
  I recently had an issue where my club subscription lapsed because my credit card number changed, and I lost top-priority status for service appointments. Even so, One Hour Heating and Cooling managed to schedule a visit in under 24 hours. Their responsiveness and customer focus made all the difference.

  Luke arrived on time, greeted me with confidence, and immediately assessed the problem. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Within minutes he had diagnosed the AC issue, and he completed the repair in less than an hour. Luke took the time to explain what had gone wrong and offered tips to keep my system running smoothly all summer.

  Was very professional, very informative, one time even called and said he was ahead of schedule and was it ok to come over early to fix the AC. Fix the AC in an hour, let me know all the options and all the recommendations. Was not pushy or trying to make a "sale". Good high quality of customer service. One of the best service men I have met. Reflects well on one hour heating and air conditioning. Even with it raining he made sure not to track mud and wetness inside the house. Will continue to use this company mainly because of the service I just received. Very up front with all pricing before any work was done so there was no surprise bill at the end.

  Matt was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about our systems. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, walked us through how to make sure our problem doesn’t happen again, and what to do if it did happen again. Plus, he was here on a holiday weekend (Sunday) within a couple of hours.
