      Brett (and Jay) worked tirelessly to get my AC unit fixed. They were willing to try an additional repair at starting at 10pm that would take approx 4 hours to make sure I had AC. That's dedication. We were able to come up with another plan to resolve my AC issue so they were able to go home after 8 hours working on my unit. I appreciate their hard work.

      One of the greatest a/c guys that I met. He had another guy shadowing him and he was another great guy. Both of them had great attitudes and didn't mind conversating about what they were going to do, and general conversation while they were here. If you ever need work on you a/c system highly recommended these guys.

      Cheyenne did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable about my home's air conditioning system. She took to time to examine the whole system until she discovered the problem. Her employer is fortunate to have some one of her caliber on their team of technicians

      Definitely recommend their services! I was called a few hours before my appt to ask if it would be ok to move us up and I gratefully accepted. Notti came out and was very pleasant and professional and had our ac fixed quickly. I didn't feel pressured to buy any extra options given to me or join their comfort club. I was given a couple different prices that incorporated solely the issue at hand and then other things that could be done to prolong the life and use of the unit. They even have a 2 year warranty on the part replaced today. I am satisfied and our ac is working again! Also joined their comfort club to help with maintenance and upkeep.

      John ********** at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is the best! He fixed our issue in a timely manner and was very courteous and polite. He also took the time to explain what the problem was and what my options were. I am very glad to have John and his company to count on when my A/C goes down.
