Had an amazing experience with this company from the start to finish. Terry did a great job writing up the contract. Kim did awesome scheduling and managing the project, working with a chimney repair company. Project manager Francisco and his crew did not rush the project and their craftsmanship is top notch.

I just finished having my siding replaced through Custom Home Improvement & Repairs, LLC. I am NOTHING short of happy with the experience that I have had.
Kimberly, Efrin and Greg smith were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING from start to finish. I never had to wonder what was happening or not. If they were not coming due to weather or whatever I got a phone call or a text message letting me know that and when they would return. They were always professional in every aspect of the job. I do have to deduct 1 1/2 points from Greg because he couldn’t tell me the name of the cologne he was wearing when came to do the assessment of the job ?? ?? ?? ??. If your looking for a company that’s going come to your house and do exactly what they tell you they are going to do, Look no further. They even give you before and after pictures when the job is done. They also cleaned up all the mess and hauled it away. The next time I need something done I won’t even need to do research I already know who I’ll be calling to get the job done!!Custom Home Improvement & Repairs, LLC

Mike came out and was very knowledgeable and helpful with his presentation. He took measurements and gave us a full breakdown of the roof replacement process. We are happy to use Custom Home Services and appreciated the breakdown in cost and warranty options.
Edit for post-roof installation:
Our project Manager for the day was Neil and our roof installation went smoothly and efficiently. The team showed up early and they brought their own dumpster. They stayed within the confines of our lawn and worked steadily throughout the day. They cleaned up the site great when they were done. Neil kept us updated on how the installation was progressing and was very professional. Working with Kimberly throughout this whole process was wonderful, she was amazing at setting up a date even with all the rainy weather we have been having. The cost was very upfront and we only had to pay extra for a few sheets of replacement wood. Overall we had an exceptional service from the company and would recommend to anyone in the Hampton area.Custom Home Improvement & Repairs, LLC

Custom *ome Improvements of *ampton Roads did an incredible job with replacing my roof, facia boards & covering, soffits and installing a new gutter system on my 4-story condo. It was complex job with weird elevation, limited access, uncooperative neighbor, not to mention weather!
Several contractors had submitted bids, some simply refused to bid given the complexities, but Giovanny (sales) Is clearly a is clearly an experienced professional & worked with me to address these issues with a logical & safety minded approach.
Kimberly *. arranged financing & scheduling & kept me informed every step of the way. This was a three-part job, and she was on top of it!
Efrain is T*E MAN! *e was the on-site projo for facia, soffit & gutters. *is crew defies gravity! That said, Efrain ensured appropriate safety measures were in place before allowing them to start, which meant time & effort vs shortcuts; I respect that!
1. Roof: done in a day, tackled elevation & cleanup with care & expertise.
2. Facia & soffit: req'd safety equipment in with limited access. Looks amazing!
3. Gutters: Efrain & crew handled weird roof elevation to direct rainwater allill the way from 4th story to ground & away from my foundation in several places, reducing possibility of erosion or standing water.
It's hard to know which company is trustworthy & reliable, and this was a big job. I am so glad I didn't settle for the first few bids & found Custom *ome Improvements; they are true professionals! Thanks team!!Custom Home Improvement & Repairs, LLC

Custom home Improvement and Repair LLC did a heck of a good job on my house, The time allotted is well spent and did an awesome job on my roof they took off 3 layers of shingles on my house which I really appreciate. Tiffany communicated well on scheduling me in advance due to weather conditions which is a plus. They left the job very clean where they started. He was very customer oriented and identified my issue immediately in order to make the repair, professionally! A very knowledgable young man with a bright future! I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the Hampton Roads area. I also give a much needed THANK YOU to Kimberly as well! Extremely friendly and professional individual. Best roofing company in the area: Fantastic customer service (shoutout to Terry and Kimberly - you went above and beyond) and professional work by every employee who helped make the job happen! We had our roof redone and gutters installed. The team went the extra mile to meet our vision and made additional suggestions and tweeks to areas that we didn’t even know we’d want or need. Looks beautiful and well protected. Thank you!
Examples of extra mile:
-Terry was very thorough in discussing the specific details of what we might want, had great suggestions to help us decide, then made sure those specifics were noted for the job execution and not overlooked
-Kimberly kept the project going through multiple changes due to rain, flowed the gutters install around our other home improvements, and left no questions unanswered while seamlessly coordinated.
-Roofing team paid attention to the small details such as changing the color and style of the drip edge (from their standard type) for our mansard roof line to really match the roof and style of our home. They also installed flashing in 3 different areas to address the specific issues we had with our previous roof.
-The gutters team made sure to put the downspouts in the specific areas we requested to meet our homes needs for water shedding.Custom Home Improvement & Repairs, LLC
