Extremely easy process! Crew was efficient and did an excellent job. The roof looks incredible.
Greg did a great job explaining the system and getting everything worked up to fit within the budget and exceeded expectations.
Kimberly in production maintained contact through every step of the process. Kept me informed with dates of install and possible change of dates due to weather. As well as reached out once everything was completed.
Macka, took care of the payments and financing extremely quickly, made everything streamlined and easy.
Could not say anything negative about this company and what they did for me. The job sign in the yard has gained some attention from neighbors and I actually saw Greg at one of them talking to them about their roof! The quality speaks for itself.
Will not go anywhere else for home projects! 10/10 all around.

I had my roof put on, May 22. I came home after the work was done and my house looked brand new. The roof looks awesome. I thank the crew that came out, they were respectful of the property, and Kimberly, who was so helpful an kind with aswering any question that I had for her. If she didn't know the answer, she would ask who did and get right back to me. The customer service was off the charts. I will tell whoever ask about my amazing roof. My wife and I requested to obtain an estimate from Custom Home Improvement for gutter replacement on our main house. Mr. Mike **** Inspector/Sales, was prompt, courteous and professional, it was very obvious he was well versed in his trade and with the company. Not only did he provide an accurate estimate, but he also provided various choices of products and warranties for us to tailor to our needs and budget. My wife worked directly with Kimberly, Office Manager, for the scheduling and payment.
On the day of installation, Mr. Mark ********* Production Manager, arrived on ahead the scheduled time, and briefed us on the process and ensured all workers arrived on time. He was on site at all times. It was clearly obvious he had a close working relationship with each and every worker, whereas, the entire team were meticulous in timelines, and commitments, in addition to a perfected cleaning in all areas outside the home during and post project completion. They were very respectful of my home, the yard and patio furniture. As a retired Naval Officer of 40 years active duty, I had never witnessed such professional cohesiveness and teamwork, it was simply amazing. Without a doubt, Custom Home Improvement is an extremely knowledgeable, professional and proficiently managed company. DEFINITELY A FIVE STAR RATING!Custom Home Improvement & Repairs, LLC

A great company with great people! From the first contact until completion everyone has been extremely attentive, professional, and friendly. Greg did an exceptional job in the way presented the products and service. Kimberly was amazing to deal with throughout the scheduling process to the project completion. She was attentive to all of my needs including working with my solar company, ensuring everything was seemless. Everyone I had any contact with at CHI were very helpful and professional, all the to Tim and Dana. Upon the day of the roof replacement, the crew showed up on time and conducting the work in a highly professional manner. The install was done thoroughly and expeditiously. After completion, they conducted a thorough walk through of my entire property, policing any debris left behind. My new roof looks great and I would HIGHLY recommend Custom Home Improvement to everyone. I will definitely be contacting them again soon for future projects.Custom Home Improvement & Repairs, LLC

When we made the decision to replace our roof we contacted several roofing contractors for estimates. Custom Home Improvement just happened to be the first appointment. After meeting Greg and listening to his presentation we were impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Needless to say we reached an agreement with Custom Home Improvement and canceled our remaining appointments. The entire project, from scheduling with Kimberly, who was a joy to work with, to installation went entirely as planned. The new roof looks great and we couldn’t be more pleased. Picking a company to install your roof is not a easy decision and I met with a few but it’s was the professionalism that I experienced with Custom Home Improvements and Repairs is what set them apart from everyone else. Giovanni was very pleasant to work with and he did a great job explaining everything to me. Kimberly the production and scheduling manager was also very pleasant and reviewed the whole installation process with in a way in which I could understand from start to finish. The whole process was flawless. The roof was installed in one day and when they left my yard was spotless. Top notch service. Would definitely recommend.Custom Home Improvement & Repairs, LLC

The overall was fantastic job work ethics. Clean up everything very professional. Edgar was great as the siding Martin. His supervisor was fantastic and the guy. That was filling in for mark Keith *****. Great salesman and Kimberley and a scheduling and finance department. Was fabulous. I am totally pleased with the work and the outcome of everything that was done. And when I was talking about Edgar him Andy sisters. Everybody was were fabulous. The guys who put the gutters in were just as professional and everything and to have him clean app and to pick up and everything and go back-and-forth and check and ask you. Will you please? We had seen Custom Home Improvement working in the neighborhood and asked the homeowner about them and he absolutely raved about their work. We met with John, one of the co-owners, to discuss type of shingles, warranties and the overall process. He answered several questions I had and helped me to decide on which colors that would accent and increase the value of my home. He discussed the warranty and advantages of GAF Timberline HDZ shingles and gave me an estimate of cost. He was amazing work with. He was very professional, courteous, informative and extremely thorough. He worked very closely with the insurance adjusters taking care of all the insurance negotiations. Additionally, he came by the project everyday that the crew was here. Kimberly was also very professional and kept me up to date at all times. There were never any surprised throughout the entire project because she kept us well informed. Francisco and his crew were amazing. He checked in with us regularly throughout the day to see if we had any questions or concerns. After the work was completed the entire crew went above and beyond to clean up the areas around the house. If you are looking for the "Best of the Best" then look no further than Custom Home Improvements. The entire team went out of their way to make the roof replacement as seamless as possible for us.
