We were promised at the original meeting, the night we decided to buy the, walk-in shower, that we didn't have to buy the doors an folding shower chair right then! We could buy them ourselves and Paramount would send someone out to install them for us. The agent didn't write this part in the contract, but my husband and myself and a witness here when he was talking about this! He said, he was only going to be here for a hour, he was here from 7:00-10:00p.m. We had not had supper! I am disable and didn't get my supper pills and we late getting my bed time pills. We were supposed to get a email of the contract and we never received that. Now we have a shower door and a folding shower chair waiting since May 5, 2025 to be put up and we have got nothing but a run a round!Paramount Builders, LLC

I was promised things by the sales person that never happened. I was under the impression that all of the old dry wall and materials from the previous shower removed, and the shower would be brought down to the studs. Then new purple board and shower cladding would be installed over top. This didn’t happen. They installed the cladding over water damaged dry wall on a wall, and the ceiling. I made them replace the drywall on the wall, but was assured that they would comeback out if the drywall on the ceiling fails. This doesn’t make me feel comfortable knowing the integrity of the ceiling drywall is compromised (water damaged), and could potentially fall off and hit me in the head.
I also noticed that one of the shower walls is bowing outwards and covered with calk to hide the issue. I was told by the sales person that the crew would install studs so that a grab bar, shower chair, and shower door could be installed at a later date. The salesman also said that he would have the crew give us a schematic with the location of the studs for these safety items. I was ok with not having these items installed because of the salesman's promise regarding the studs. I am disabled a grab bar, and chair is essential for my safety. Now I do not think it’s an option to install them, unless we have the whole shower demolished and rebuilt. I cannot afford this.This essentially renders the shower unsafe and not ADA accessible. I needed an ADA accessible shower and now the shower doesn’t meet the requirements. I can’t afford to fix this issue.
I was also told by the salesman that the shower would have a lower lip, and it would be easier to step into than my old shower. This is not the case, The new shower is the lower than the old one, but not ADA compliant. I also ordered Matt black fixtures and chrome ones were installed. They fixed this issue, not until they informed us that chrome fixtures were on the materials list. I have more issues not listed due to lack of space.Paramount Builders, LLC

From the beginning to the end, this experience was not only fantastic but professional, the installation crew was one of the best we've ever worked with. Pricing for 11 windows was comparable to other companies but the quality of these windows were far superior in our opinion.Paramount Builders, LLC

They responded to my inquiry and made the quote appointment quickly. I asked that the sales rep call when he was on his way and he did. He was very nice, considerate, and walked me through their entire process. We decided to go with this company because of their roofing process, warranty, and that we had the option of not signing off until we were completely satisfied. Scheduled the install and asked that they call when they were on their way. They did not call when they were on their way so we were surprised when they showed up. We couldn't move my spouse's car where we had planned because their van was in the way. Took all day for our roof to be replaced and when the crew left for the evening they left their trailer blocking the garage -- where my car was. I called about 30 minutes after they left to see when they were coming back for the trailer because I had to go to work. Woman had to take a message because they were done and gone for the day. The trailer was not moved until the next day and I was late to work. We received NO APOLOGY but a "things happen." We requested compensation for our trouble. Wouldn't have bothered if they showed empathy and apologized. Even if the crew told us before they left they had to leave the trailer. My spouse had a question about the roof and we told them we weren't going to sign off until we had an answer. Someone eventually showed up a week later and told us they should have taken pictures. Okay, we want the pictures. Another week of US calling them because now that the work has been done the call backs don't happen. Guy finally comes out and takes pictures. They sent us the pictures three same day!! Probably because I told them I'd want additional compensation for each week we had to keep calling them to do what they said they would. The thing that pissed us off the most is when my spouse was on the phone with them, obviously frustrated, and was asked "what do you want us to do?" I am very disappointed with my experience with Paramount Builders. I would not recommend Paramount Builders to anyone that is looking to have fascia replacement. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was horrible. They pasted corners and seams with thick cheap caulking that can be visibly seen from afar. Gaps were left between spaces in which Carpenter Bees and moisture can get in. After several calls Paramount Builders did send someone out to address my concerns. At several attempts of reaching Paramount Builders, they finally sent someone out and some of the problems with the corners were rectified but, the gaps and openings have yet to be corrected. The project manager came out and I advised him that I saw the carpenter bees going into the gaps. He rudely responded by telling me that I had not seen any bees going into the gaps. My neighbors and guest agree that the fascia replacement looks bad and unprofessionally done.Paramount Builders, LLC

I'm so glad we called Paramount Builders Inc. for our bathroom project. We are looking to turn our shower-bath combo into a walk-in shower. "Lynn *******" is the Bomb.com!!! I had some 40-year-old windows in my house that needed to be replaced, so I requested an estimate from Paramount Builders. The sales reps, Kaleb and Justin, drove 100 miles to my house to measure and explain things to me. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, professional, super-helpful, and explained every detail from the window structure to the financing available. I am a former engineer and I must say I was very impressed with the product and their comprehensive presentation. They ordered the windows and arranged the financing. There was no pressure or hard sell. I can’t think of a thing to have made this a more pleasant transaction. I hope the remainder of the project is handled as well as this first part was.
