  We had a great installation of a shower from Virginia Bath & Shower. They were on time and completed the project in less time than was estimated. We have been using our shower and everything is going very well. The installers were friendly and very accommodating. I would use them anytime.

  Disclaimer: My comments are a much abbreviated account of my experience and may include my opinions to which I am legally entitled. It is not my intent to impugn in anyway Paramount or its staff, it is my intention to inform others of my experience. First the saving grace for this company is the subcontractors assigned to my project were very good and I would hire them individually without question.
  The sales person that visited my home IMO was passive aggressive, untruthful and did not follow through such that the project was doomed to fail from the start. Salesman over priced the work by over 100%. When we asked him out of our home he then wanted to negotiate. We did come to a reasonable price for the work that again, was less than one half the original quote.
  The window measurement gentleman showed up about two weeks later after we made a phone call to remind Paramount. Showed up late with his girlfriend and dog and apologized for being late because his girlfriend had to use the restroom.
  Promised by email that our project information had been received and they would reach out in 4 to 6 weeks. After waiting far more than 4-6 weeks we contacted Paramount. We were told that we should have never received the email as it stated an incorrect timeline. We finally called to cancel the order and thankfully this action prompted a call from a Manager. We came to terms and a completion date was established. When the day arrived one subcontractor was a no show and one did come 5 hours late to find that the work could not be completed because they needed a lift. Four days later project is 98% complete and will be 100% next week, hopefully.
  Efforts to speak with higher levels of the Paramount organization are mostly impossible. I was told by Manager “Ain’t going to happen”. So far as I wait, he was right.
  It appears the highest level of Paramount leadership gleefully enters my home each morning by TV, but is actually unavailable to speak with an unhappy customer.

  Promised installation in one day. Took about 6 weeks for all parts to come in. Installers were here for 10 hours and were overheard saying” this is the first time I’ve put up a shower door like this”. Only then to be told that one “special screw” will be needed to complete the shower. After multiple calls to the company “the special screw” came in 10 days later. In the meantime we used a shower rod (provided by Virginia shower and bath) and curtain. Our walls were damaged and our ceiling (only the ceiling was puttied). That was their fix to the problem. We were never offered 50 percent off of installation, nor were we offered any kind of reimbursement for the 10 day wait. The manger **** will Not return any calls in regards to this matter. Do not recommend at all. Very poorly managed company with overpricing.

  Virginia Shower and Bath did our bathtub to shower conversion here in Chesapeake VA in March 2023. They did a great job and we love it! The surround is a beautiful as I expected and the team, Ray and Alexander answered any questions or concerns we had. I feel I am in someone else's beautiful shower, but it is mine.

  I requested a quote for window replacement; they didn't respond in a timely manner, and things changed, so I postponed the project and I told them so. I get calls, sometimes twice a day from them, I asked to be removed from their call list (verbally by phone, by e-mail, and now via text since they texted me). I told them in the e-mail that I would file complaints with the **** and the *** since I'm on the do not call list, 20 minutes later, I get the text from them. So I filed the complaints. I do not recommend even talking to this business as they wont leave you alone.
  
  This is the 4th way of letting Paramount Builders, Inc to stop calling me. Let's see if they stop, or if they are willing to pay a fine of ******* per call in accordance with current federal law.
