    Run fast! If your home warranty company assigned them to you, call and request a different company RIGHT NOW! Nobody ever answers the phone, voicemail is full so you cannot leave a message, but it’ll send an sms message which nobody calls or responds back to. My appointment time was set for 9am-3:30pm. I took off work to make sure I’m home, and the technician still didn’t come until 4pm. After an hour he said he couldn’t find the issue, and that he would have to come back out with somebody else so they can figure out what’s going on, but just needed to get an approval from my home warranty company. After waiting 4 days for them to finally send the report, the report stated that my wiring was disconnected from my circuit breaker, and outlets. So it wouldn’t be covered under home warranty. It’s a brand new house, so why would anything be disconnected. After accepting to pay out of pocket for them to come back out, I waited another week for them to answer/return my phone calls before I called my warranty company back to have them send somebody else out for a second opinion. I wish I would’ve read reviews on them when they were first assigned. Hopefully companies will stop using them because they waste people time, and are clearly embezzling money by having no electrical knowledge AT ALL!

    If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. They were assigned via AHS to replace the bathroom exhaust fan. The first time they came out he did not have a ladder and we had to provide one. Then said he does not have the size fan to do the work. Never relayed to AHS only to ghost us. Then finally decided to come back out 2 weeks later to say once again he does not have the right fan. Explained he was running to **** ***** *** ** ***** ***** ******** ***** **** *** ******* ** * *** ** *** **** ** *** ** *** **** ** ******* **** **** *** ********* **** *******

    What a shame! ******** **** ****** ***** assigned this company to my house for a few electrical problems. The technician was great, told me what needed to be repair, said he will send everything over to ***. I get a called, everything the technician said was NOT what he told me. ***, called me and told me that NOTHING was covered and I would have to work something out with Wester. Such as customer lost remote to ceiling fan, although it was in my hand. After an argument with *** and how they let this con-company come in my home and lie about all the problems. ***, sent another company out ********** ******** **** ******* and THEY fixed everything and properly diagnosed everything correctly and fixed everything properly.
    I will never ever trust a company who deleted their ******** *** ****** *********!

    THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THEM A STAR IS BECAUSE YOU CANT PUT ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS!
    This is by far the most unprofessionally ran company. They lie about showing up to your residence, they dont call to inform you that they wont make it. They never answer or return calls during their hours of operations. AHS contacted them about some electrical work for my HVAC system and they never showed up. The supervisor never called to say they weren’t going to make it. He just lied to me about me not being home.
    When I informed him that i have a ring doorbell camera he then replied 3 days later that he can fit me in next week because his technician went to the wrong address. Its 29 degrees at night and I have no heat in my home. I wouldn't recommend them to change a light bulb in my dogs house!
    STAY AWAY!!! FAR AWAY!!!

    2nd time Wester was assigned for our electrical issue...same tech came again this time...called and verified our address and still went to the wrong city...came and message with the breaker box which I already replaced the breaker...said he could find the problem that the lines needed tracing to find to problem but had to check with warranty company first...told them our lines needed replaced...I called and asked for a 2nd opinion which warranty company assigned a new company...day of new appt I found a trip gfi outlet that restored our power...never use these clowns

    I found Wester Electrical through ******** **** ******. They showed up on time and fixed a problem that I was afraid to tackle myself. He was confident and completed the job in well under an hour. One-by-one, the GFCI outlets in the kitchen were starting to fail. He immediately found the problem and now everything is in perfect working order.

    My home warranty company sent them to my home, the technician checked my circuit breaker and wall outlets and said he did not know what was going on and that he would be back that day, if not his company would be calling to reschedule, the next thing I know they sent a diagnosis to the warranty company that it was an overload and my insurance did not cover it. I tried calling them, no answer. Come to find out that was not the problem. Please do not use this company, they do not know what they are doing.

    If I could give zero stars I would! This company was sent out by my home warranty. The technician came out and concluded that the I would need some re-wiring done and my damages were not due to normal wear and tear which caused my home warranty to deny my claim. I agreed to pay out of pocket and tried to contact this company for weeks to get an appointment! Nobody ever answered the phone. I finally get a text and I asked them to please call me ASAP to schedule an appointment as I was approaching week three with no hot water and no heat. No response from them! I finally just called another company. They came and immediately went outside to look at my meter( which the other technician didn’t do) and said your meter isn’t working so u need to call the power company! In conclusion, the problem end up being the power company and not AT ALL what the technician from Wester said! I’m thankful they never called me back but am disgusted at the lack of professional and knowledge. Stay away from this company!
