    Terrible service. This isn't even a company it's just one guy and his child. Called to have light fixtures exchanged and after multiple visits they couldn't even do that for me. Desperately wish my home warranty company would drop them.

    ****** Electrical was dispatched by my warranty company as others have said. Austin came to diagnose my problem. Told my insurance company that my problem was the whole circuit needed to be rewired through the wall into the attic which is not covered by my plan. They offered me ***** to do the job privately. After bad communication and then no communication I asked my warranty company to dispatch someone else. The new company had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour and it was fully covered by insurance. I went 17 days with no hot water getting the run around by these idiots for no good reason other than what I assume is shady. Steer clear of this company!
