    Takes sometimes over a day for a response. I ordered a dress with 1-4 day shipping. It’s been ten days and the dress hasn’t even been shipped and they won’t refund me.

    I was initially excited to place an order with Popilush during what appeared to be a big sale. However, right after placing my order, I realized they were running multiple sales at the same time—and my entire order could have been 10% cheaper. While businesses are legally required to honor the lowest advertised price, Popilush refused to do so. I was disappointed, but still excited to receive my clothes and moved on.
    Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. When the items arrived, most were not as described or expected, so I returned 7 out of the 8 items using their paid shipping label and sent them all back together in the same package. Despite this, I only received confirmation that a few items had been received. Their customer service has been completely unhelpful and confusing—one email acknowledges that all 7 items were returned, but then no information is given about a refund. I follow up, and they suddenly claim only 3 items were returned.
    It feels like I’m being scammed. I’ve been going in circles for weeks with no resolution, and at this point I will be attempting to dispute the full charge with my credit card company.
    Buyers beware—this company does not follow fair business practices, consumer protection laws, or even basic decency. It appears they rely on confusing processes and unresponsive customer service to keep your money and make you give up.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM POPILUSH, I made a purchase of over **** and they never sent me my package and lied about it being in transit and customer service is atrocious. I had to file a dispute to get the money back.

    This company is a total scam. It is not made in Virginia. Everything is made in China, and it takes forever to get here. I ordered over a month ago and I received the wrong thing, trying to get my one item I ordered, and each time I get an email from customer services it's a Front representative each time. It has been a nightmare I still don't have my bathing suit. I returned the bodysuit and they refunded me but they've issued me another body suit not a bathing suit. 23 emails later and six voice messages I still don't have my one item I ordered

    I have been receiving clothes from Popilush for about 4-5 months now, and I have to say I am obsessed with every single piece from this brand. Each item is elegant, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable to wear! Whenever I go out in a Popilush dress, I receive numerous compliments.

    I absolutely LOVE this brand. As a mother of three they have given me my confidence back to wear what I want! The dresses, bodysuits, everything this company offers is amazing!! :)

    I bought items from popilush when they said they had an 80 to 90% off. The initial shipment was placed at the beginning of March. It never made it. I asked them to send me the shipment again, they agreed, another month goes by and the shipping shows delivered, but it was never delivered.
    The business wants to only refund me for 70% of the purchase because of the companies significant losses in regards to my order?!?! However I was the one who waited 3 months for a shipment. This is clearly a scam company from China. Will never order again. These folks should lose their license.
