  I ordered a dress from them after reading their "Reviews" on their website for their items. When I purchased they send you a link to track your package, but then never send your package. I've tried contacting them repeatedly about my purchase and or a refund, with no response. They took *** from me and I haven't heard a word from them about my purchase.

  This is a scam. Never delivered my order. I have emailed them multiple times they claim that my order was re shipped and delivered. Their customer service phone number doesn't work either

  They are scammers. They run hundreds of social media ads to draw you in and once the order is placed they send an email claiming a 15+ day shipping delay. They should advertise as such if they can’t honor immediate shipping. When I looked on their ig profile page it’s hundreds of comments complaining about not receiving their order after a month or so and no communication from the seller.

  So much is wrong here. For starters your order will be shipped from China likely through ding hong shipping partners. The exact same items are available on sites in China like temu per example for about 1/4 of the price. Their return refund policies are worded with "IF" and strigent restrictions to "approve" any exchange or returns... there are so many red flags. Most of which you may not see until you've already ordered and are in the boat of on your own. I hate to use words like scam however this is not a usa based company operating in the states as portrayed and there's a reason the website doesn't have any reviews. Just run this place deserves 0 stars and should be shut down

  I would rate them no stars if I could.
  I placed a order on 8/5/2023.. I tried reaching out to them on the phone but every time you call the number is busy which is bizarre. I wrote to them on an ********* post and they asked for my order number but did nothing. Now my order says it was delivered and it never was. I keep trying to reach them and no response.

  Do not buy from this company. Especially because their return policy is trash and so is their customer service team. I was told I could pay to ship my product back or they would deduct it from my return amount.(the dress was too revealing for the wedding I was going to attend) I decided to pay for it myself. I sent them my item and a picture of the package and put my order number all over it along with my information. I emailed customer service back and they said that they now require a tracking number for it. I was told that since I didn’t get one I wouldn’t be receiving my refund for or my package back. The customer service team was absolutely rude.

  Bought a dress from them and left a review on their website. Doesn't seem like they show truthful reviews on their personal site.
  On ******, you find truthful ones I just wish I had seen those ones, I was just trusting all the ******* promotions I saw for them.
  The material of the dress I bought was very cheap for a dress that was a little more than *** and that's me catching a sale.
  I wore it for two hours going grocery shopping and picking up orders. The whole bottom of the dress had snags all over it and a few on my upper half.
  Check out the material before you pull the tag off so you don't literally get ripped off.
