    My husband and I, along with two other couples we know, went on a trip last fall organized by this company. The trip was a fiasco, and the entire bus of people missed a prepaid meal and were promised refunds of $15 per person ($30 per couple). We have contacted ************************* and have a partner ******** more than a dozen times and have been promised repeatedly that the check is in the mail. One couple did receive their refund. We have not, nor has another couple. We are all senior citizens. Now neither *** nor ******** are accepting my emails. I want our promised refunds!

    The Fall Foliage trip was scheduled for October 28, 2022-October 30, 2022. We had paid the full price of the trip via check, this amount included the boxed lunches they were to provide. On day #3 (October 30th) the box lunch meal was cancelled by "The Zenith Group". We were told we would receive the $15.00 per person (there were 2 of us for a total of $30) due to the fact we did not get the lunch from the provided deli. Since we paid via check, the refund was going to be in the form of a check. On Tuesday, November 8, 2022at 10:23 I made a phone call to the number provided "President". I left a voice mail message, he called right back. He asked for our address and he said he would send the checks out. We have not received any checks. On November 29, 2022, we called "Director of operations", who forwarded our message to "President". He called back, asked for our ADDRESS AGAIN and said we should get the checks within 2-3 days. As of December 5, 2022, we have not received a refund check for $30.00.
