    You never get to talk to a human. And if you're lucky to actually talk to a human, he has a foreign accent. They keep asking for all my children, including my 9-year-old son about a loan he took out somewhere. Really my nine-year-old did what? Then call for my son that does not live here with me. I was told by someone that they had a lot of problems with this company. They call using all of your family names to get under your skin. If that's the case let me call them and ask for the owner son(s) like his company does us. Enough is enough! Sorry had to answer a call from this group, the message was that they were talking to someone, and that they got disconnected or we hung up on them. Hey dumb ass, you called, and nobody talked to your camel jockey ass. So, either send me the information by mail detailing the amount of the bill and how much your company is charging extra. Under the Fair Debt Collections Act i do have the right to request this. And if you cannot provide me with the information then all communication with must stop.And as you can see your're not BBB ACCREDITED!

    I really cannot provide any star rating. It is a zero. I had to choose one star because the system will not accept if you don't pick at least one star. This company and it's President, Kenneth Broadbent, advertises as a travel agency. We booked a 4-day trip to Cape Cod in July 2022 that was subsequently cancelled by the Zenith Group travel company in Sep 2022. They have not repaid us the refund per their own terms and conditions, which states they agree to refund the cost when they cancel. The store front they advertise at *** ** ******* **, 2nd Floor, Winchester, VA 22601 has a different business located there now. This company is a scam/fraud.
