This company painted my car incorrectly after three opportunities to get it right. Two other shops have verified that the prep for painting my car was not done. They have asked me to bring it back to them so can correct it. But I do not trust them for several reasons. To start when I went to pick my car up it had gas in it and I ran out of gas on the side of the road not even a block away from the business. The owner told my that I brought my car in with no gas which was a lie. I witnessed and photographed an employee sitting in a customers car on the phone running the air conditioning running out another customers gas. They also left 17 bolts off of my car when putting it back together. I took it somewhere else to have it done correctly. They zipped tied a cap on my headlight wiper. When I told the owner he said that his workers would not have dome that. Then his partner showed me the piece that they had it all along but did not put it on my car, instead they zippdd tied it. They gave me my car back with tape lines, when they should have removef the chrome molding before painting the car. I took my car in for another repair to a certified *** shop, and was told that the previous paint job was done poorly and the paint was coming off in sheets. I contacted united auto body and requested their insurance information and they refused to give it to me. The owner said to bring the car back to them. No way do I want this company to ever touch my car again. This company was negligent in repairing my car after several attempts. I feel that I have given them more enough opportunities to do the repair correctly. Yes, I trusted them to repair my properly because I was referred by a friend. However it was a mistake. He told me that he would make it look beautiful again. Paint was chipping the day I picked it up. Police were involved on my behalf, due to improper treatment to my car and myself. He assured me that he could fix it and cut every corner he possibly could.

TeFirst and foremost, thank you for giving us input on your experience at our shop. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our services. You are correct. All the facts you have listed were actual. Still, you forgot to mention that we did try to correct the issues, like replacing both left and right-side headlamp washer covers when we discovered that one of my techs zip-tied the left side of the washer cover, so I have purchased both sides since the right side was worn out. Also, as you have stated that there were clips and a retainer was missing from your vehicle, so we have provided you with a rental car which was over $800 in rental cost to us to have another shop install 17 clips and retainers because you insisted that you did not want us to install them for you (we could have installed them in one hour). I am sorry that you ran out of gas. We do not drive customers' vehicles unless we test the cars after repairs. Our detail guys sit in the vehicle since they detail customer vehicles after every repair has been completed. For someone to empty a full tank of gas just by idling the car, that person must idle that vehicle for more than 33 hours to do so. We complete more than 12 vehicles a day here at our shop. There is no way that our detail personnel could of idle your car in which the gas ran out. The day you photographed my detail personnel, he really did have an emergency. He was detailing a customers vehicle when he received a phone call about his son being taken to the emergency room. When you brought your vehicle to our shop, we were warned by people involved in the previous shop that repaired your car. It ended on a wrong note at the other shop, and the police had to be involved. Because of that warning, I told you to take the vehicle to another shop. You plead with me to grab your car and repair it. So, I took the benefit of the doubt since someone I knew referred you to me. Now you are accusing me of being dishonest and not taking responsibility for our repairs. This is 100% not true, as stated above of what happened. I never told you not to bring in your vehicle if you have an issue or issues with the repairs. It was your choice not to get your car to our shop. Our warranty is strictly to be handled at our shop with no exceptions. I have done everything possible to accommodate your needs on your vehicle.ll us why here...
