They initially gave me an estimate (by photos) around $900 or less ($375 of it for labor). I agreed and got my car towed to their location. For 5 days, no communication, no call or a revised estimate. I go there and he tells me the new estimate will be $1200. I agree as I have no other choice as my car could not be driven. I reluctantly agreed with the work and give them half ($600). After another week or so, I go there to pick up the car. He told me that the bill is $2200!! I couldn't believe it. I had no choice but to pay as he was keeping my car hostage! As soon as I started driving the car, the *** light came on. I bring it back and he told me that he will order another sensor to replace. While waiting for the new part, the plastic cover (protector) under the engine falls down and starts dragging on the road. I bring the car back in. They s**** the cover and next day my car starts over heating with the check engine light on. I check the radiator and there is no coolant whatsoever. I saw that the radiator was leaking from multiple locations. The reason was that they screwed and punched holes (while fastening the plastic cover) in my radiator from at least 2 different locations. I brought the car back and they tried not to admit fault. I asked them to remove the radiator and check. They refused and told me to go home. 3 weeks later, after numerous calls and not getting a call back, I went to the shop. I asked for my car back. It looked like they patched (repaired) the holes instead of replacing the radiator. He asked for another (roughly) $200 for a new sensor. I took my car and left and the car was not driving correctly because overheating may have caused damage to spark plugs and ignition coils. It was misfiring. I took my car to a different mechanic and got 4 plugs and 2 coils replaced and paid for it out of my own pocket. Now I am in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card company and getting ready to take them to court. STAY AWAY!

This company was dishonest, painted my car incorrectly after three opportunities to get it right. they broke items on my vehicle and did not take responsibility. later found out that parts were left off the car by their employees. They also left 17 bolts off my car when putting it back together, which was verified by another body shop. I also have pictures of all the missing brackets, bolts and clips left off of the front and rear bumper and the rocker panels. They rigged a cover on the wipers on the head lights with a zip tie. Tape lines in the paint where they should have removed the chrome molding. my paint is chipping and coming off in sheets because they did not prep the car properly for the paint job. I requested their insurance information to file a claim and they refuse to give it to me. I have record of it in text message. the owner said to bring the car back to them. I refuse to take my car back to them; I do not trust them at all. When i went to pick my car up from them after the second attempt I ran out of gas. the owner told me that I brought my car there on empty. which was a lie. I have a receipt of $55 for gas on the day I drove my car to them. when I was at the shop for the third time i witnessed and photograph an employee sitting in a customer's car on his phone running the air conditioner running someone else gas out. when I told the owner and showed him the picture, he made an excuse that he was talking to his child and had an emergency. The owner does not take responsibility for nothing, everything is the customers fault.

First and foremost, thank you for giving us input on your experience at our shop. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our services. You are correct. All the facts you have listed were actual. Still, you forgot to mention that we did try to correct the issues, like replacing both left and right-side headlamp washer covers when we discovered that one of my techs zip-tied the left side of the washer cover, so I have purchased both sides since the right side was worn out. Also, as you have stated that there were clips and a retainer was missing from your vehicle, so we have provided you with a rental car which was over $800 in rental cost to us to have another shop install 17 clips and retainers because you insisted that you did not want us to install them for you (we could have installed them in one hour).
I am sorry that you ran out of gas. We do not drive customers' vehicles unless we test the cars after repairs. Our detail guys sit in the vehicle since they detail customer vehicles after every repair has been completed. For someone to empty a full tank of gas just by idling the car, that person must idle that vehicle for more than 33 hours to do so. We complete more than 12 vehicles a day here at our shop. There is no way that our detail personnel could of idle your car in which the gas ran out. The day you photographed my detail personnel, he really did have an emergency. He was detailing a customer’s vehicle when he received a phone call about his son being taken to the emergency room.
When you brought your vehicle to our shop, we were warned by people involved in the previous shop that repaired your car. It ended on a wrong note at the other shop, and the police had to be involved. Because of that warning, I told you to take the vehicle to another shop. You plead with me to grab your car and repair it. So, I took the benefit of the doubt since someone I knew referred you to me. Now you are accusing me of being dishonest and not taking responsibility for our repairs. This is 100% not true, as stated above of what happened. I never told you not to bring in your vehicle if you have an issue or issues with the repairs. It was your choice not to get your car to our shop. Our warranty is strictly to be handled at our shop with no exceptions. I have done everything possible to accommodate your needs on your vehicle.
