      These guys lied to me to obtain my phone number. Lied to me again when I called back and asked them to remove it. They said they did. Now they just called me asking me how the service was....

      I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for ten years, but will have to find somewhere else to go now. There's no excuse for this kind of aggressive invasion of privacy. Is it too much to ask to simply pay for a service and get it.

      I've been serviced by Jiffy Lube before and have been satisfied with the exception of service rendered on 8/26/23. I took my car in due to a grinding noise when I applied the brakes. I was told in a prior service visit with this same location that the rear rotors/brakes needed to be replaced at some point, so I assumed that was the case when I arrived their 10 minutes before their opening time at 8:00 am to have that specific service done, however, in addition to the rear rotors/brakes It was suggested to have the front brakes and the brake fluid replaced of which I agreed to the service at a total cost of $1,103.81. Three hours later at approximately 11:40 am is when I finally left Jiffy Lube to only hear the same noise an hour after leaving and continue to hear 24 hours later. I did contact Jiffy Lube shortly after I left to advise of the noise which they suggested I return the car for further review. I'm very much concerned and refuse to take it back to them as I'm not sure what work was done for the 3 1/2 hours, they had the car. My disappointment is the fact that if the Technicians were not familiar with the sound, then I as the car owner should have been asked to ride with them in order to point out the sound or if they were not familiar with how to do the job, I should not have been asked to pay for work that was never done.
