1 starWe used GJ about 7 years ago for a move and were pleased, so when we needed to move out and store our belonging for a home renovation , it seemed like a good choice. We will never use them again. The outbound move was ok- nice onsite staff. When it was time to return our items from storage and move them back in, it was a nightmare. We had a hard time getting them to confirm the return date. Then they were two hours late (after the end of a long arrival window). We had to track them down to find out they were delayed in loading our things. When the items came back, we had two boxes of molded/mildewed clothing, an upholstered armchair covered in mildews, several pieces of wood furniture with chips an gauges and a desk they apparently lost or destroyed and never returned. They were supposed to provide an update on repairing the desk and never did. We emailed and called repeatedly and never got a response other than an automated email to a claims process. So disappointing. They clearly didn't take care of our belongings and didn't seem concerned enough to even return a phone call.Review fromLinda T

Great Job Moving were amazing. The movers were outstanding and very polite and respectful. They handled all our belongings as if it were there own. They were also very punctual. I will recommend them all the time.Great Job Moving and Storage

Great Job Moving and Storage truly lives up to its name! From the start, they were incredibly professional and efficient. Their upfront pricing with no hidden fees was fantastic. On moving day, they arrived punctually and wasted no time getting to work. They handled all my belongings with care, including fragile items and bulky furniture. 1 starThis company baits people in with low estimates, and then jacks the price up after service is completed. I was recently given a quote of between 550 and 750 for a move and was promised that price wouldn’t go any higher as long as conditions did not change during the move, like the number of boxes, travel distance, or number of floors that had to be moved up in an apartment. None of this changed and when the team finished they presented me a bill with no itemization on it for over $1000. The sales person that gave me the quote (Dustin) refused to answer his phone for me or the moving team on site. I told the team I wasn’t paying that amount until the sales person could justify why there was such a drastic change in price. After the team left they automatically billed the card that I used to pay the deposit which overdrew my checking account. The team said they’ve experienced this at least dozen times in the last couple months and that they have no say in the final bill. I don’t know how companies like this are still allowed to do business.Review fromR. H
