The office people are rude and blame lack of people who are there working because some of the workers are out on leave! The office lady called me demanding and threw in my face how I didn’t want to pay a fee for new glasses for my child months ago. Then Makes you pay for shipping but they do not give you a tracking number or insurance on the glasses! The “let me tell you this” attitude was ridiculous. She definitely shouldn’t work in any place that deals with customer completely unprofessional!

If it was a review for the doctors side, it would be 5 stars. But the review also includes the optical side. Bought my kids 4 pairs of glasses for $1500+. The lady (office manager) never gave me an option of what lenses, AR coating or warranty on the glasses. She went ahead and ordered what gave the place more profit. I’ve worked in the optical field for 6 yrs and you always have to let the patient choose what type of lens material they want (polycarbonate or high def polycarbonate), what type of AR coating (standard or Crizal), and if they want the 1 yr warranty on the glasses. She never told me anything, I just asked and she said yes that she put them on. But never said which one she put on. I wasn’t even given a receipt (itemized bill) to shoe what I was given/purchased. The doctor hasn’t even finalized the prescription since I didn’t even get their prescriptions when I left. When I called to cancel, since I figured that she didn’t put in the order, I was told that there was a $40 restocking fee for each frame. I told her that my husband wasn’t okay with the price for everything and that he wanted me to cancel it. The office manager had the audacity to tell me that “you should’ve asked him before making the purchase”. That demonstrates poor customer service and only wanting to make big sales because of the commissions she would be getting. Wherever I have gone, I was always given an option of what to get or what was recommended. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to for glasses purchase. Like I’ve mentioned, the doctors side is exceptionally excellent and professional, but the optical side was not very welcoming.
