Dominion Towing is a predatory service. I was towed for parking in visitor parking after being there for 20 minutes. The company has unethical business practices, and simply drives around looking to make a quick buck off of people. If you are a property manager in the ********** area, and contract their services then you are part of the problem. I saw that there was Visitor parking for the residents at the apartment complex. Doing my due diligence, I ensured that I didn't take anyone's reserved spot and I parked on the side in the designated visitor section. I brought my son his items and stayed no longer than ************************ that short amount of time, Dominion Towing had hooked up my car and was heading to the lot. They prey on everyday people as they drive around looking for a reason to make a quick $270 off of someone. After doing some research online I can see that this is a common practice for Dominion Towing in the *** area. To property managers, if you use their services this speaks volumes about your own business practices. Also my door was locked and they still entered my vehicle and took out my visitor pas saying it wasn't cut right and they entered my vehicle to retrieval of HOA property and then they towed my car, when I got to the lot and asked why did you enter my car they stated that could enter cars to investigate the visitor pass in window, pleas some do something about these illegal's process of towing cars.

Thank you for your review, however you left out some of the most important details. Your vehicle was towed at 4:00AM for displaying a fake and altered visitor permit that you attempted to hide behind another permit hoping nobody would notice. Your car was also parked much longer than 20 minutes as you live there. You even mentioned on the call that this permit was given to your parents by the *** which is not true. The permit you made (or someone made for you) was very obviously fake and the easiest way to explain it to you as if you didn't already know was by showing you the cut line around the edges because it was cut with scissors vs. a machine as is done with the real hangtag permits used by the ***. Also, the last digit of the sequence number was partially handwritten to make the number 8. Looks like it was changed from the number 3 or 6 to the number 8. Likely because you didn't want to associate the fake permit to the number assigned to your home address. Last, the fee you paid for this particular tow was $230 not $270. I also want to point out that the first half of your review is identical to another review submitted previously by ***** ***** as if you copied and pasted his wording, word for word. Either way, I do understand that it is not a pleasant experience to be towed but I hope you can understand that we were just doing our job as requested by the *** and your car was parked in violation. I also see you and members of your house have been towed multiple times for various parking violations over the years so it makes sense that you are not happy with our service. However, posting public reviews that do not contain all of the facts or that are not truthful are not fair to the overall review purpose. If you would like to discuss this situation further please feel free to contact our Management team at ************.

Thank you for your review. I do see where you submitted a damage claim stating that you had a scratch and small dent on the rear driver side bumper and quarter panel. We promptly responded to your claim with pre-tow pictures showing you that the damage was pre-existing. You responded back stating that you were going to take the car to a mechanic to see if any damage was done to the muffler or drivetrain and you would be in touch if any issues come up. It has been almost 2 months and we haven't heard from you so I am assuming there were no issues.

*****,I sent you a direct message on 3/14/25 in response to your Yelp review asking you to contact my office to discuss your concerns but haven't heard from you yet. I also responded to the Yelp review but was hoping to hear from you before responding to this review, but that hasnt happened. The visitor spaces where you were parked belong to the *** (not the apartments) and require a permit to park. Since you didn't have a permit and were visiting someone at the apartments (not the ***) you were not authorized to park there at all. There is also a sign right where you parked stating the *** name, Parking by Permit Only, 24 Hours a Day, Towing Enforced. I am guessing you saw the sign because when you called you referred to the proper *** name of where you parked. I understand your frustration with getting towed but I hope you understand that we were just doing our job as the *** does not want residents or visitors of the Apartment Complex parking on their property for any amount of time.If you have any questions or want to discuss this situation further, please contact our Management team at ************.
