      Extreme Climates replaced our heating and A/C unit in January 2022. In December 2022 we noticed water damage in upstairs ceiling around the attic access opening. When we investigated the leak we noticed it was coming from an exhaust pipe for the heating/AC unit. We then contacted Extreme Climates and they did come and fix the pipe. We asked when the water damage would be fixed and they said the office would be in contact with us. The office never called so we called them and they asked for pictures of the water damage which was sent on December 16, 2022. We were told the owner, Chris, would contact us but he never called. We called multiple times for several months and he never did. Chris finally called back on March 14 and said he was going to have someone come out and look at the damage. He never sent anyone or called back. The office never answers the phone when we call or return calls. Chris needs to repair the damage or reimburse us for the cost.

      Mr ********** Statement is pretty accurate. I was out of town for a month when the damage  occurred. I called him back when i got back to the office. He was going out of town or be away for awhile and said he would call to schedule the repair. I will call him back to schedule a new date. We definitely want to take care of any damage that occurred. I will get it resolved quickly.
