      On 25 July 2022, I contacted this company to come out and fix my HVAC system. The dispatcher was proactive in telling me that there would be a **** charge just for coming out (this charge is not offset by having your system fixed). The technician was here for approximately *** hours, came in and said the system needed freon. I agreed, telling him to do whatever he needed to in order to fix the problem. I gave the system 24 hours to cool down the house. It never did. I contacted the company and informed them that the problem wasn't fixed. The technician from the company informed me the work wasn't "under warranty" and if I want them to come out and fix the problem I will have to pay them more. And if I was unhappy they didn't want my business anyway.

      This warning is for people who may need to have their HVAC systems repaired but are unfamiliar with this company. I highly doubt they have repeat business. I hope this reaches someone before they make the same mistake I did.
