    I had a truck towed thinking it would be delivered the next day as we agreed. They never too any of my info a didnt deliver to a place I said. And now theyre charging me for two tows and storage as i did not agree. And to top it Im a combat vet with different disabilities and feel that Im getting screwed over. By this company. I did not agree to it sitting there. If I knew Id have it put at my house maybe 10 miles away. And Im being pushed to pay this all cash company or it will sit and cost more money, with horrible hours to get something resolved. The son says one thing to dad and mines diffrent. As they never signed any thing or info. They never reached out to me. which seems to me as a droid or

    This Gentleman called us at 4:10 pm Friday 3-17-2023. His right front tire fell off his truck. I dispatched a flatbed to recover his truck from a ditch. My son Bowls in a league on Friday nights. My son made a deal with him to deliver his truck the next morning. Originally, he wanted it taken home. Then changed his mind when talking with my son. My son told him to call the next morning and we would make a plan to deliver it to his destination with no extra cost. We did not hear from the customer on Saturday. The truck was unloaded from our Flatbed in our holding lot as we couldn't tie up the truck until the customer called to give us direction. The customer didn't call until mid-day Monday with a destination which. Was different than the previous 3 he had mentioned on Friday. The gentleman was upset we charged him Sat, Sun, Mon storage fees plus. I delivery fee to the new destination. Plus the recovery fee from Friday late afternoon. As far as we are concerned, he should have called us Sat morning to discuss as he was asked. We have a successful towing and repair business, and we don't have time or the people to baby sit. We did not have communication details for him to reach out to him. He also did not make payment arrangements to drop the truck off at a local shop on Saturday. We don't drop (truck off) unless we are paid prior to. He was charged cash as we don't like charge backs on credit cards or stop payment on checks. Again we apologized for the inconvenience of the entire situation. But the truck is his responsibility and he called and hired us to get his truck out of the ditch in a busy intersection and then assumed we would just hold it until he wanted to make arrangements to take care of it.
