  I'm eager to here the response, see what most people don't realize is that CashorTrade is a member policed community, similar to that of all social platforms. Which means it's a like a ******** group. There are circles of friends, and friends hook up friends. Unlike ******** the rules are bond by law. COT let my buyer cancel his purchase, just because he wanted out after finding a better price. They used the excuse that I could not deliver via mail, and he did not want an electronic transfer. I disagreed stating all sales are final, there is still nearly two weeks before the event. Among other details that are moot at this point. ***** replied back that the buyer was refunded the amount of the purchase and that I could resist my passes, because I could not shipped by the method selected. ***The ticket issuer fir the event had delays in Shipping. Beyond my control.***For the next two days I pleaded with support. The same answer.Then a mass message went out to all traders involved in this event saying There are shipping delays buyers be patient, and a reminder that all sales are final and the sellers had to be allowed the opportunity for the tickets to arrive during to reasons beyond control. Now what??? I spend a day trying to get answer from support. I got crickets. Remember ******** . They got caught. Next day, another mass message with the solution fron the venue. Problem solved. Except for me. Covering it up isn't goi ng to work, I know how they're trying to and I'm ahead of that curve. The buyer has been released from his obligation by COT. According to Section8 PartC plus(y) not in-hand physical Tickets within 24 hours of the in-hand date identified in your listing but in each case at least one full day prior to the event date. BUT IN EACH CASE ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE EVENT. CashorTrade violated their own policy by releasing the buyer. I've made no breech I could have delivered. Heirgo COT assumes liability to both parties. I expect payment in full

  ***** Strings advertised cash or trade as a way to get or sell tickets to a sold out show. I posted two. Then when I went to Ticketmaster to transfer to my buyer transfer was not available. I contacted Ticketmaster and the venue who both reported the show promoter made it so they couldnt be transferred but I could get a refund. Cash or trade meanwhile was aware of this and told us to keep checking Ticketmaster or make plans to meet in person to exchange (enter a show together that we werent going to?). The tickets were on my phone! My buyers was out of town! It was noon the day of the show. I requested a refund from Ticketmaster and asked cash or trade refund the buyer. They didnt until I followed up a week later. They refunded him but charged me for the fees that CASH OR TRADE COLLECTED. So now Im out money!!!

The Terms of Use you agree to when selling tickets on our platform state you are responsible to pay the fees if you can not provide the tickets you list. This is considered a Dropped Sale which is subject to up to a 150% fee. You were not charged 150% and were charged for the platform fees they paid, as they were eligible for a full refund due to you not providing them their tickets.Sellers are responsible to check the transfer policy before listing tickets for sale on the platform. Your buyer was unable to get into this show due to never receiving the tickets. We provide them a full refund including their fees, which the seller is responsible for due to not providing the agreed upon tickets.Thank you kindly for understanding.
