    July 3 2024 I paid a deposit for work to be done for plumbing. Scheduling atime proved to difficult as I was told of varying problems relating to illness his his dog and his wife Icalled at one point to move an appointment and he said he could be right over ( I called because it my turn to be sick(stomach bug).) I then had much difficulity trying to reschedule and it got to the point when I requested to cancel and requested a refund of my deposit as no work was ever done just an estemate.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. It has been approxmatly 2 months when He said he would see what he could do as he was not acoustmed to giving ****** (he did no work except for the estemate) .

    This letter is in response to your complaint regarding the job originally scheduled for September 2024. I understand your frustration with the delay.

    Several unforeseen circumstances contributed to the postponement of the project. Initially, my wife contracted COVID-19, and out of concern for your health and safety, I felt it prudent to delay any work to prevent potential transmission. Subsequently, a personal matter requiring my attention arose when my dog became ill.

    Furthermore, on multiple occasions when I attempted to reschedule, the proposed times were not suitable for you. As the weather transitioned into colder months, I made the difficult decision to further postpone the exterior wall work to avoid any potential issues with frozen pipes at your property.

    In my six years of operating this business, this is the first instance of such scheduling difficulties. Please be assured that I never intended to cancel the job.

    Now that the weather is more favorable, I would be pleased to proceed with the work at your earliest convenience. Please let me know your availability in the coming weeks so we can finalize a new schedule.
