1 starWhat was supposed to be a simple two-week job stretched into a three-month ordeal, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. During that time, Top Notch Roofing caused our home to flood, causing the bedroom ceiling to collapse and requiring full insulation and ceiling replacement. The living room developed two additional leaks due to their shoddy work, which meant more ceiling repairs and repainting the entire open-concept space.Our front yard was left destroyed after equipment and materials sat there for over 90 days. It wasnt just a mess; the material sat there for an entire summer; killing our lawn in the process.The crew was inconsistent at best; often no-shows, with little to no cleanup when they did come. When asked, they said they were from "******"; which we assumed was local (******, **), but it turned out they were commuting from ******, **. To our house in the ********************************* and **** built porch stairs that werent up to code. When ****, the owner, finally came to assess their work, he made them tear it out and rebuild it, but not before we were treated to the comedy gold that was **** jumping up and down on the steps in an attempt to prove they were fine. **** also made everybody clean up the front yard, which took close to two hours between four people (****, ***** ******** ****). Despite claiming on their website to be fully insured, we learned that their insurance only covers subcontractors, not their own crew. So any work performed by **** or **** or supervised by them isnt covered. Their own insurance company assessed $86,000 in damages to our home, and those are just the parts they acknowledged.After two rounds of repairs by a different crew, **** parted with the words, We cant do any better. Awesome job. They were professional from the beginning to the end of our project. The roof looks great at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Top Notch. When ***************************, the manager, came to look at my house and discuss the project, he looked at the site carefully and gave a clear and detailed estimate of the kind of work that was needed for *******, including ventilation and building materials. The work was completed well within the estimated time frame, and at a reasonable price. **** was unfailingly courteous and pleasant to deal with, as was the office manager *******. The crew, working in hot weather, managed to get the job done in one day. The whole experience was as stress-free as it could possibly be.Top Notch Roofing Inc

We called Top Notch Roofing based on a referal from our Insurance agent after our roof suffered wind damage. Everyone we dealt with at Top Notch, from ******* at the office to the outstanding team that installed our new roof was polite, professional, curtious and respectful. A very nice group of people to do business with. Plus, they are good at what they do. Gabe in particular was very helpful. We threw a lot of requests his way, including requests for multiple quotes so we could size up our options. He delivered on everything we asked from him. We ended up replacing our damaged shingle roof with corrugated metal and it looks great. Hopefully I will never have to replace my roof again, but if I do I will be calling the folks at Top Notch Roofing.Top Notch Roofing Inc

We had the flashing ripped off of the front of our house during a storm and shoddy work done by a previous "contractor". Top Notch was AWESOME! They were so professional, showed up when they said, called when necessary, and did a great job on our repairs. They made our life easier. I should also mention they were very fair in their pricing. It's been 6 months since the repair and things are still looking good! I was very happy to have found them.Top Notch Roofing Inc

5 starsNever thought I would LOVE my roof but it is truly beautiful!although there were delays in starting the project, weather, etc., it was completely done in 2 days and provided great additional insight regarding evidence of squirrels that had gotten in and where, so now all hatches are battened down and further intrusions can be proactively addressed with a bit of cayenne paste strategically applied!Highly recommend them for any roofing needs.Review fromJoseph T
