      Transaction opened on February 22 and continue until TBD. The business is requesting over $2000 for around a 13 mile tow and 9 days of lot storage. Even though all their sights claim normal pricing. They also want the title and ownership of the car on top of the $2000 and continue to threaten me with fraud. I have all of the messages and paperwork upon request of their refusal to give me an official receipt, threats, requesting payment beyond their official price point, and incorrect information. Most of the threats were completed to me over the phone but you can clearly see this in the messages and refusal to give me my receipt upon request. I am willing to pay a reasonable price if an official explanation of charges is given. I also request that they update their price point description on public sites if this is the case.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They seemed like they had yet to receive the complaint. Though there was a personal complaint sent directly to the business regarding their lack of ability to provide billing information them harassing me demanding to contact me or my attorney, which as shown in the messages I only stated I had talked with a lawyer not an attorney. They then tried to twist my words saying that I was the one harassing them because my insurance company wasn't willing to pay and they needed the money. I haven't heard from them since setting the cards straight asking once again for my billing statement to no avail. From what I can tell they deleted me on there chat service and have not gotten back to me via email or phone.
