      If they are your only option...set your car on fire and let it burn. Use any other business.This one is absolute garbadge.

      *********************** is a good guy. He was very polite the 2 times I interacted with him. Once when he repossessed my car, and again when I picked it up. I spoke with ************************* once on the phone. Almost immediately upon answering the phone, she started elevating her voice and becoming angry with me. The conversation was going so horribly that I put her on speaker phone so I could have a witness to her tone. I had to wait for 2 days after I paid for the car to get it back. She made it very clear to me that I could NOT pick up MY car from its location, that I had to meet her at some business of her choice to pick it up. She did not give me any option as to date and time. I was forced to meet at the location she blurted out without regard that I have miss 2 hours of work. I signed a form when **** picked up my car. And then I signed a form when we met to return my car. I paid them $265 in cash and I got not one slip of paper at any point while the repo process was going on. **** set my car down off the truck, told me to have a good day and went on his way. I didnt even realize he met me 15 minutes early until I got into my car and had to call the company. They were not yet open, so I had to leave a voicemail. When I got into my car, I only had one car fob. When **** repossessed my car, he took both fobs after taking them off the key rings. I left a voicemail informing them they still have a fob and asked to be called back. I have to yet receive any return call from this company. I have left a total of 4 or 5 voicemails. They did answer two different times. The first time I was told everyone was out of the office and someone would call me back when they return. The second time they answered, I was told they hadnt found the fob yet and someone would call me before they go home for the weekend. They closed 4 hours ago and Ive yet to receive a call. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Id let my car burn to the ground before I will ever call them!!
