      They dont give you the details about the warranty when you buy. What ****** will actually cover is differences. They warranty burn hours not time. Radiantec hides the speed at which you will go through the burn hours with the system they sell you. My family is in Michigan, winter is on its way and we no heat.

      We are sorry to hear about the water heater issues that you are experiencing but to respond to this complaint we want to make sure a few things are noted.
      When we provide information on a project, we are always upfront and provide all the documentation pertaining to what is included with our product line.  It is also available online or through the manufacturer directly.  We do not in any way try to hide anything and we never sell material just to make a sale. If we dont feel comfortable with a project, boiler, water heater, etc.we will be upfront and relay that to our customers.  We sell and support products that we know will work and if we feel its not the proper unit for your project, we will not sell it.  We do not offer a repair or maintenance service as our packages are intended to be installed and serviced by the end user locally. However, we do provide the technical support and literature of anything that we sell. 
      Unfortunately, we cannot predict exactly how hard a water heater will be worked once installed.  That is based on a number of factors that are controlled by the end user.  Domestic hot water consumption varies by household. So does the heating system run time.  Thats based on the weather,temperature settings on the thermostat, how many months the heating side of the system is utilized throughout the year, insulation values, windows, floor material, and so on.  Additional factors such as, the end user performing proper annual preventative maintenance on the water heater, following the manufacturers guidelines. This is also all outlined in the provided documentation included with the heat source.
