After 15 years installing my radiant floor heat system my boiler not purchased from radiantec needed replacement. I called and let them know I purchased system minus boiler and needed advice on how to install the new boiler as the plumbing configurations were different than that of the old one. ***** B was more than kind in that he patiently answered my questions. The system worked flawlessly for 15 years only to fail from a boiler recall purchased elsewhere. This company is a class act. Couldnt be happier with their support even after 15 years!Radiantec Company, Inc.

Back in 2010, I completed a four-story radiant floor installation in ********. I was fortunate enough to connect with Radiantec, and to make sure I was making the right choice, I even visited their office and warehouse in ***********, **. From start to finish, they provided support every step of the way, and the whole experience was nothing short of fantastic.Now, in 2024, 14 years later, I had a question about the maintenance of the Polaris water heater they had recommended, and once again, their service was outstanding. They didnt have to help *** wasnt making a new purchasebut they were just as friendly and helpful as they were back in 2010. Im beyond satisfied with Radiantec. From the moment I installed the system, it has worked flawlessly. It heats both my home and a rental unit with complete reliability and efficiency, even through the harshest *******, and the system has needed only minimal maintenance over all these years.What really sets Radiantec apart is their exceptional customer service. Whether I needed help with a small issue or guidance with routine maintenance tasks like purging air and refilling the system, their team has always been prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful. They make everything feel straightforward, even for someone without much technical experience.Radiantecs product quality and their long-term commitment to customer support have truly exceeded my expectations. I purchased a Radiantec Heating system for my wood shop (**** sq ft) ***************************************************************************************************************** the years since I have owned the system, I have not had any issues with my heat. The system has required a only couple of maintenance checks and has performed flawlessly. I can't say enough about the tech help they offer. They have been prompt and courteous in response to my questions over the years about maintenance and recently assisted me in purging air and refilling the system. I bought a system from you about 10 years ago, it has worked great! A valve did wear out due to the heavy water we have in *******, and I have had some questions since then, but your team has always answered them promptly and professionally. Love this company!Radiantec Company, Inc.

I purchased all the equipment for a radiant heating system including a $2000 hot water heater and thousands of dollars of other equipment. When I had trouble with the system not working after installation, I called their technician for ideas. He informed me that since I did not purchase the pex hose from them (over twice the cost for other suppliers of pex) he was not willing to help me even with the water heater I bought from them. Even though they have technicians on staff, once they get your money for the sale of the parts, customer service in non-existent.Radiantec Company, Inc.

We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with a Technician from Radiantec. We are the leaders in this field and the level of support is what separates Radiantec from any other. We support everything that we sell. While it is difficult for us to help with products that we are not familiar with and we did not sell, we try our best to assist with what we can. We do feel strongly that if you choose to purchase Pex from a secondary source outside of Radiantec, and parts from a secondary source outside of Radiantec, you should make sure they will assist you with the technical support questions, installation questions, and the layout for the project before a purchase is made. We will always provide technical support for anything that we sell. We also provide that support for the life of our systems. We take pride in the level of support we have extend to our customers for over 40 years. For the sake of transparency, with your project, I see that you were quoted for a complete system and only ordered miscellaneous parts off that quote and either made your own manifolds and the mechanical wall or purchased all that somewhere else. The water heater ($1299) that you purchased is something we assist with operating questions on, however the way the system was plumbed or the manifolds that were used will be hard to assist with as they were not purchased from Radiantec or manufactured by our crew. I understand you had flow issues that were limiting the heater from firing. That is hard for Radiantec to assist with as you didnt buy the Pex, the Prebuilt Pex manifolds, or the prebuilt distribution panel from Radiantec. With all that noted, we are still here and able to assist with anything that we sold.Review fromrach s

1 starI wish we had read the reviews before choosing to use Raniantec. ***************** was helpful when we were buying the product but no one was helpful afterwards. Here are the issues we had:1. *** told us the wrong way to shut the valves when pressurizing the pipes. (This might be obvious to a plumber but the product is being sold as a DYI.)2. During the electrical installation, tech support was very submissive to the electricians when we called.3. One of the thermostats didn't work but we had to pay for the shipping for a new one.4. We asked for a closed boiler system, clearly explained that we were going to use glycol and they knew we lived in a high elevation area. It wasn't working properly (very loud) and Radiantec said we had to call the mfg. The mfg's tech support said it wasn't designed for glycol and that it will break (it did 2 weeks later). Also the water expansion tank they sent is for an open water system (water also used to heat the hot water in your house).5. No response from Radiantec. When I call, I get transferred to ***'s voicemail by the receptionist. ***** says he is retired and to not leave a message.Now, we have spent an extra $5K in equipment and plumber costs.
