    Tried to return/exchange a Christmas gift.     On Saturday, December 14th, my father purchased my holiday gift from pajamagram.Order #PG51413 in the amount of $38.85 The wrong item was sent (Youth 8 vs Women 2XL).On Thursday, the 26th, I used their website to request an exchange/refund. I receive an automatic email acknowledging the receipt of my inquiry. Since then, I have heard nothing back. My father even tried to follow up but has received no information. I tracked down a phone number that had "no available agents."At this point, we'd like a refund, but I don't dare to try to work through an exchange. Not a lot of money, but... when I noticed how many other disgruntled shoppers were commenting on their social media without so much as a reaction acknowledging any issues, I knew that Pajamagram wasn't going to help.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.r. Perhaps a phone number would be an option and staff to handle the calls. I'm sorry I have to resort to the Better Business Bureau for assistance; I don't seem to be getting any cooperation / response (except via email that is only a one-way correspondence) from this company. Once the remaining items are received, I am requesting a paid in advance, return label with address to return all four items and to receive a full refund of my original order. To explain, my time if valuable too, a paid return label should be offered without me asking.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I did follow up with them again on January 12th after I submitted my complaint to the BBB, but have not heard back.  My grandmother has still not received the item that I purchased, and I never received shiping details to confirm if the item was sent let alone where it was sent to. I would like the BBB's assistance in contacting Pajamagram and getting a refund for the $94.35 as the service provider never provided me with the service that I paid for.     Purchased Robe for Christmas 12/25/24. Was too big and have tried calling every day since that day to exchange or return only to get a recording saying there are no live agents available and to call back on the next business day. I have also emailed them and have received no response back
