    12/29/23 initial contact and agreed to purchase of a used E-bike - Specialized 4/17/24 - bike was delivered, as agreed up.to ***'s Pro Bike Shop -for assembly 4/18/24 - was informed that bike was severely damaged, photos were taken and sent to *************** of Sojourn Claim was submitted by *** for return of damaged bike. Claim approved and bike was shipped back on approximately 4/26/24 4/29/24 - spoke with *************** who stated he had another Specialized bike and could send out yet another bike. Agreed to try another bike . It was mentioned that I would not receive this bike until approximately 6/14/24.7/01/24 - contacted ***************, again, as I still had not received the bike. He emailed me that I should receive by7/15-7/16/24 7/02/24 - heard from ***************, said bike would be shipped out 7/12/24 7/19/24 - bike arrived at ***'s bike shop - AGAIN damaged 7/23/24 - *************** contacted ***** and asked for new pictures of damaged bike. Stated the "box was boxed super well. That there were some blemishes on the bike and the tires may be slightly worn as it is a used bike"7/24/24 - contacted *************** and stated that I was looking at a full refund and at this point I am not willing or able to invest more money into this bike purchase. 8/03/24 - neither myself or ***** from the bike shop have heard back from ***.I certainly want this over and done with - I have waited with a great deal of patience.8/3/24 - stopped at ***'s Bike shop. Bike is packaged and ready to return. ***** has sent updated pictures of bike damaged and as of this date he has heard nothing from ***************, Sojourn Biking.
