    I went off the road called AAA to come out and remove the car. The first truck was unable to remove the car. They said to call back and request a truck with a wheel lift to get the car out. I called *** they stated theyd send another truck out. By 9:30 a manager said that they would send someone out as soon as possible and that we could leave the car. A state trooper requested a tow truck without our knowledge so TDI came out to remove the car and has charged us for two storage days when the car didnt get to there site until 11:53pm so I got stuck paying an additional $60 fee for 7 minutes. Im just really frustrated as I now have to pay $610 when they shouldnt be allowed to charge $60 for 7 minutes.

    TDI WAS CALLED OUT BY THE STATE POLICE BECAUSE THE PROVIDER THAT THE CUSTOMER HAD COULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES NEEDED, WHAT HAPPENED WITH HER PROVIDER NOT SHOWING UP IS NOT AN IISSUE THAT SHOULD BE HELD AGAINST US, WE WERE DOING AS DIRECTED BY THE STATE POLICE FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL INVOLVED.

    AS FAR AS THE STORAGE GOES THE VEHICLE WAS ON OUR PROPERTY FOR TECHNICALLY 4 DAYS DAYS BEFORE THE VEHICLE WAS PICKED UP AND THE CUSTOMER WAS ONLY CHARGED FOR 2 DAYS OF STORAGE.  PLEASE SEE ATTACHED INVOICE THAT WAS PAID.
