    Terrible customer service. First there size chart is off. And it's been over 3 months waiting on exchange. They have ghosted me. Do not buy this product.

    Horrible. The quality is terrible so you immediately decide to send back (at your expense) after paying to ship items back following their exact instructions provided, they will not respond to you. I have sent 3 separate messages since they received my return on 12/21 asking them to confirm my order and issue a refund. No response as of 1/6. SCAM.

    I ordered a pair of Air Glide shoes for my son. He wears a 13 wide but I ordered a 14 wide. The shoes they sent were a 14 regular and when I contacted them I was told I would have to pay to return them. I feel that if they were in error of sending the wrong width they should pay for me to return them. They also state they are located in the US but when tracking my package it was shipped to the mainland and then had to be processed in ********. I don't like to deal with a company that doesn't have the decency to correct an error when they are at fault. I gave a one star rating not because I wanted to, if I could have it would have been 0 stars.

    I ordered three shirts. Over a week and the tracking shows that it hasn't been shipped. I emailed and asked what the shipping carrier is and they have not responded. I think this website is a SCAM!

    No sizing chart for the shirts, so of course "S/M/L/XL..." sizes do not match up. Wanted me to pay my own return shipping, and then and only then would they consider an exchange or refund. In the **************, you need to provide sizing measurements in inches or centimeters. Several emails in correspondence, and long lead times for responses that eventually lead to me having to figure out my own method of return shipping at my expense. When I pay for shipping one-way, I certainly do not expect to pay to send it back when the online UX is so poor.

    VTKix shoes are poorly made-especially the Air Glide model. The lace design does not withstand a simple pull for tightening. The metal piece that secures the two ends of the lace is weak there, for the lace detaches from one end to the other.Mine broke when I first tried it. I contacted VTKix support, but they denied helping me and did not take responsibility. My several attempts to remedy the situation were not answered! Please do not buy their product!

    I purchased a pair of shoes over 2 1/2 months ago and they have been unable to deliver them to my home address. First, they shipped it to ****. Then their delivery service claimed they delivered it and I never received it. I have asked them for a reimbursement and have not r received any. They keep saying shoes are on their way. This isn't right. I am a senior citizen with a medical condition and don't need this added stress. This isn't good business practice.****************
